You would tilt the head to the right. You want the right side of the table closest to the head. With heavy bowl blanks I would prefer the head to tilt. The blank is heavy enough that you have to be sure to keep it from pulling downward against the blade especially when you have the larger angles, like 35 degrees and upward. The blank really wants to slide down the tilted table and it can throw your angle off or flex the blade in the cut if you don't keep a little pressure upward. I also have more trouble keeping the material from "bouncing" when slanted. It can make it harder to see the line you are cutting, it can begin to look blurry. But then that just may be my old eyes.
Just imagine in your mind, that the head of the saw is stationary and the table tilts. If you want the table to tilt to the left, the head of the saw must tilt to the right. It's always opposite.

On my saw the table doesn't tilt ,, the head of the saw tilts so do I still tilt it to the left ⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️
