Last 3 year I apply tourist visa they refuse they said Not enough history travel and i show them I have history schengen visa sport visa my history they said Not enough

Hi, Im an american certified and my certification body in the US provided an invitation letter for attending a conference for 5 days, if ever, first time ko po to mag travel ng US though ive travelled 6 countries already and currently working here in the UAE... hi . I keep watching your videos. I have my B2 visa interview next month. I have a doubt regarding the travel date changes after the visa got approved. Hi can i ask some advice? Im working here abroad for almost a year already. And i have plan to go back PH for getting USVisa during my vacation. Ill apply with my parents both are senior. I am married and my husband is here in the philippines. I have sibling living in Canada. My strong ties ako outside US so ikaw kung sa tingin mo you have strong ties subukan mo rin.
Wala akong properties. Hindi ako mayaman. Pero na approve ako at first time ko lang nag apply.

Each case is examined individually and is accorded every consideration under the law.

Tanong ko lang p,o every time po ba mag travel sa US for B2 Visa, kailangan pa po ba kumuha ng NBI clearance para sa NAIA Immigration? Or hindi na hahanapan ng NBI sa 2nd travel.

Hi there. I'm thinking to apply for USA tourist visa. I'm 22, Business woman. I have my own clothing shop here in pH and a property as well. I am a tax payer my business is registered under DTI too. I've been out of the country just last year but only in Asia "Cambodia" got my business Visa there multiple entry for 1year but I haven't used it and it will expire this Aug.2020. I will be sponsoring my trip. Do you think they will grant me that visa? Plan to stay there for 1month.

Required Documentation

Yes. You will be interviewed at the same time.. we had our interviewed 2 weeks ago. I will also be accompanying my parents during their travel. I was asked for how many days we plan to stay there. And i Answered, "Not more than 3 weeks". He asked , if i ever been to other countries, my if i have my own business. They didn't ask me for my docs. I just answered all his questions. Then he apprpved our visas w/10 yrs. Validity.

TAGO NG TAGO hehehe a filipino who stayed in one country without a proper papers. They came first as a tourist but they never returned to their home country before their allowed days to stay in one country expires.

Hello! I highly suggest na you have your invitation letter just in case the consul ask you. Sometimes it’s their way of knowing that you’ll be safe in your travel because you know someone however, i cannot give you a certain answer if having that has higher chances of approval since there are some factors they consider but, it is very helpful to convince the consul if you have one. I hope this helps!😉

You are not a longer minor :) mas maganda na subukan mo. Be sure may work ka kasi isa yan sa ties mo. Living with your immediate family, kung may ties ka pa sa ibang bansa sana masabi mo like may kapatid nakatira canada or australia or sa ibang bansa hwag lang sa US. And mag savings ka. Actually hibdi kailangan ng show money. Pero baka sa age mo tanungin ka magkano income mo.

First of, the cost of the ticket is around $1000-1500 depends what airline she will be flying with but there are also cheap flights especially if you have international airport in your area. In my case i stayed in KY so i had to stop in chicago and have another flight to KY. If i may ask, have you meet in person already? Have you visited PH before? If so, you may file for her a fiancee visa instead of a tourist since you want her to live with you for good. If not, then i can suggest you visit her in PH and then file for a fiancee visa.

Machie Flores no they did not ask us on how long we planned to stay. Usually it’s the immigration who would ask how long so they can determine wether to let you stay for a full 6 months or what not. You may use short term if you wish to especially if you have work sa pinas..

Everything they will ask you they already know the answer, so there's no point in lying or making up a story...be straight to the point, one question, one answer, just be truthful & honest...talk w/ confidence but not too intimidating...dress appropriately...must prove that you're coming back, like family ties, will also help if you own properties, a business, professional or working for a long period of time...long standing cash flow in the bank...owning a number of credit cards...be prepared w/ documents, just in case they ask for it...but don't show it unless they ask you to...the actual interview only last for like 5 mins....your faith is already predetermined so there's no use arguing...because even before setting foot at the embassy, your application is already marked approved😊 or denied😭
