The music in practice mode plays at the 9 minute mark or 32 minute mark when you're alone. We don't know why it's there, but it's the only non-AOT music in the game. It only got added with the Return to Shiganshina update.
The save was probably because you did /changeteam while in a titans mouth, bugging it.
