      Could you make one focus on the arch, i get crazy cramps, i mean i guess its simply, points toes out, then crunch and repeat but i feel better if you show or recommend, then there will be better detail and on propper form etc thx

    Thank you, Melissa. I did your other plantar fasciitis video for a couple weeks when I first noticed the injury, and it helped take off a bit of the pain. I've been doing the last exercise from this video just throughout the last few days, and my pain has already decreased significantly, enough that I'm starting to increase the length of my walks with my dog again - something I was devastated to cut down when the pain first started to interfere with my daily life. So truly, thank you so much for these videos.

    I have been told I have bursitis tendinitis causing pinching in lower back, alongside this i have flat feet and been suffering with foot pain and tight IT band. Recently got tendinitis on mu left shoulder, same side as my leg and hip pain. Do you have yoga workout that can help to stretch all these areas in one session?

    • @DrMelissaOleson
      @DrMelissaOleson  ปีที่แล้ว

      Everything is connected. There are a number of the videos inside the 30 Day challenge we have that address all of these areas and especially the myofascial release one. Here is the link to that playlist for the challenge th-cam.com/play/PLxi1kU2xV9TOSW2_SmUX3eLzhx8u9jdqv.html

      Other options instead of a tennis ball is golf ball, marble, you can even use your hands.

    Thank you! My big toes don’t move independently, nor do the other 4 toes. I have pelvic pain(vulvodynia/ pfd) so wonder if it is connected! All my toes come up at once with the toe portion of the video 🥹

    First of your videos I’ve seen…, in fact first yoga I’ve been exposed to. Will let you know how it helps. At this point…, I can’t make my big toe and 4 other toes work independently. (Clearly more practice required!) Thank you.

    Hey I started your two PF videos and after 4 weeks I’m about 40% better… I had tried everything and have had PF for 8 months. I was a correctional/addiction nurse and had to stop cause I couldn’t be on my feet. I took a private duty nursing job that allowed me to sit. Because I couldn’t stand or walk for this long I started getting back and hip pain too…. SO TIGHT. I just recently added shock wave therapy, not impressed… expensive and no improvement. My Achilles, hamstrings, quads… girl it’s all tight. Any other video suggestions. I stretch about 3-4 hours a week. I still can’t walk more than a mile, use to walk 4 miles a day before PF. Want my life back.

      Sounds like you are doing all of the things, keep up the good work. Our feet and pelvic floor has a connection with the nerves that work both areas and the movements that happen at our feet affect our pelvis and vice versa. Here is a workshop I did on the topic with exercises and tips to help with both msunn.samcart.com/products/feet-pelvic-floor This is a good video for myofascial release techniques for the lower body. th-cam.com/video/9mJ3xEG9xr8/w-d-xo.html

    I love these exercises and feel that they are helping. Unfortunately, I have bunions and am unable to isolate my big toes from my other 4 toes. In this exercise, all of my toes respond to the message of flexing them upward. They do not disconnect with one another.

    • @DrMelissaOleson
      @DrMelissaOleson  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So awesome you are finding these helpful! It can take some practice and you can even use your hands to hold the other toes down until they get going. Just movement in general spreading the toes is great so keep up the good work💕
