I have traveled on Samruddhi Mahamarg in my CAR from shirdi to washim and it's an awesome super highway built for 4 wheelers only (2 wheelers not allowed). There are total 3 petrol pumps in between shirdi to washim (probably more till Nagpur). The prescribed speed limit for cars is 120 kmph & for trucks is 100kmph. Most of the accidents happen because of tyre bursts due to heat generated from speed. I advise travelers to check their vehicle's tyres before driving through this super highway. I had the best driving experience in my whole life. I drove at 140kmph speed for many times (but be very alert on high speeds as slight faster maneuver of steering wheel can cause accident)
