Definitely you will always be able to find full servers. And it’s about to get a huge update in a month that adds Iwo Jima and the Japanese. Which will bring even more players
It’s more jank and buggy then squad (hard to beat I know) but it is really fun and immersive with the usual squad need of good teamwork. Definitely cop if it goes on sale
The only map that is easier to be a German MG on is the D-Day Omaha map. If you have any time in this game, being a German MG on this map layer is pretty easy.
I was very lucky. The game has pretty good ballistic simulation so I think was the fact that shrapnel travels at an upward angle and I was just over the edge of the hill. That’s my best guess
No killing your teammate isn't "only half your fault", it's ALWAYS fully your fault, you hit the trigger, you killed your teammate. Even if this is a game, it's a simulator aswell, being a simulation from real life, and in real life you FIRST identify your target before starting to shoot. IRL if you would shoot your teammate like this, even though he was next to an enemy unknowingly, you would get fired or get your ass kicked at least, and you'd also probably feel bad af for doing it. Identify your targets dude. Even the same thing when hitting that headshot from far, sure it's a game, so it's not that bad but you just spraying from miles out could easily have killed some more teammates. Again, it is a mil SIM, you should play it as a sim, not as a game, please ;) you don't have to feel bad about this because i said it, but just know that most people play this to get the realism while still not having the risks of real life, and sometimes you will have even way more beautiful moments when you treat it as a sim and not as a game. Try sneaking up to enemies, or just blatantly figuring out a good spot to ambush them from, it will be way more enjoyable than when you get 6 kills but 2 of them were teammates :) for every teammate you hit, you lose tickets too and potentially lose your team the game. If you rack up 500kills but lose the game, that isnt impressive to me at all if you were spraying from a far, impressive to me is good tactical combat or finding a good ambush spot. It ain't about kills, these games are about pushing objectives, winning them, and eventually winning the game, not about just getting kills, that's why kills do NOT get shown during the game, and to be honest they shouldn't be shown at all in my opinion. And sadly because of games like CoD, most people don't even know that even if you get 100 kills, you will probably still lose the game if you shot 20 teammates and haven't gotten any objective. Also, shoot your teammates too much, and most servers have auto-kicks and auto-bans for this, rack up 200 teammate kills and you might get yourself a perma ban from YOUR FAVOURITE server, and no way to appeal it because "he was standing next to an enemy" won't cut it, and they'll say the same thing as i do: IDENTIFY YOUR TARGETS, and don't get stupid kills by luck but by playing tactical or smart.
I agree with pretty much everything you’re saying. I will just say this, I obviously know it’s my fault I’m just saying it wasn’t a blatant team kill. And I play this game how it’s supposed to be played almost all the time I’m not just some COD player. I only really play milsims, I have over 850 hours in this game. Even this in this match I chose to use clips that were funny. You can obviously tell I don’t show all 44 kills in the vid because most were less entertaining and done in the normal playing style of the game. Thank you for taking the time to write all that and being invested in the realism this game is meant to be about

My PC is pretty bad but the game is really well optimized for the most part. I cant check now, but I’m on pretty low settings I think
