Beta, very well explained. I have been avoiding surgery.. Now I am84. One night I had excruciating pain. In the right knee. Went to R R hospital, Delhi, am an army wife. They took xraysand orthopedician Suggested both knees. Went to knee specialist InArtemis, ,said right knee is too bad,has to-be operated.gotsome tests done. Left knee is ok. My gastro surgeon son who was on his way back from US said, first try out, exercises and Physiotherapy. Please I want your honest opinion.Your suggestion?
