- Bongo enjoys his third ride in his new bicycle trailer. He has something to say. Bongo will be 15 years old by the end of this year. I'm unsure of how old he is exactly, because I got him 14 years ago. He showed up at a friend's home as a stray.

lol. I hope so. I think that ride was too long. Once we got up to our destination, he started to whine a little. Probably need to stick to shorter ones for him.
that's right, Bongo, Snoopy only got the pilot's helmet and googles because he knew the prop man...
I had a pair of Doggles for him, but he would never wear them. My only concern is something kicking up from the tire. I'm only going a max of 13 mph though.

It was a 73 degree day. He was happy. :) He wants covered up at about 67 or less.

Do you have a guard to prevent stuff being thrown in the dogs face from the tire?
The fender is pretty substantial on this bike, but I usually leave the screen down. The trail we were on that day is swept by a small style street sweeper what seems to be weekly, so there is very little that could come up on to him. Thank you for watching. :)
Does Bongo have any other pets at home, that he can regale with his stories of adventure after he gets back home! Since dogs age 7 times faster your 1/2 hour ride is like 3.5 for him, quite an adventure!
@@babygoat1963 unfortunately, not right now. We lost our female lab that was his buddy (and mine) this past year, so that’s part of his wanting me to be around all the time. Don’t think another is in the cards right now.
