How does the blue version of this bike look in person? Does it look accurate to the video here? Or is it more grey looking? I’m about to buy one of these bikes, and I like blue a lot, but if it’s more gray in person, I rather go with black. Help!
Hello, the color of the electric bicycle in the video is gray blue. The overall color is bluish. If you need to purchase, you can click on the link in the video introduction to purchase directly. This Juliet electric bicycle is on sale for the New Year and only costs $1,499.99!😆
I have owned this bike for 1 month and it has tremendous value but I disagree with one of your comments: "The suspension is outstanding". The front suspension is good but my rear dual springs suspension is non-existent with the fat 4" tires doing all the work to smooth out the ride. I notice that you have the alternative rear dual air shocks on your blue Juliet which might be slightly better than my ultra stiff (too strong) rear springs. I am slowly trying to figure out how to improve the rear suspension and will report back if I make progress.
Hello, is your Juliet electric bike a 2023 model? The suspension system of the 2023 model Juliet is a black 750-pound dual rear shock absorber, and the suspension system of the 2024 model Juliet is a red 750-pound dual rear shock absorber (adjustable function). Normally, the performance of the rear suspension systems of the two different models is similar, maybe you can check if there is a problem with your rear suspension.
@@eBike-Explorer-Milo I was told I have the 2024 model while my battery is definitely the 2024 model. I have black springs over metallic orange-red shock absorbers. Each spring has an adjustable screw plate. Each spring has 350 lbs printed on it for a total of 700 lbs which may be too strong and therefore too stiff. Two 200 lbs springs are probably closer to ideal. One reviewer said that he got his Juliet's stiff rear suspension to loosen up by simply loosening the swing arm pivot bolt, that is hidden behind the front chain ring at 9 o'clock, slightly (1/4 turn). I will be trying that soon with a torque wrench. If loosening the pivot bolt does not loosen up the suspension then I plan to ride the bike cautiously a short distance after completely removing one of the rear spring/shocks. If that produces more travel then I must replace the two 350 lbs springs with two similar size ~200 lbs springs depending on how much spring compression I experience when riding on only one rear spring. The specifications for the 2024 model claim 50mm of rear suspension travel, which is not generous, but when I watch my friend ride my Juliet over a car speed-bump going ~15 mph, it appears more like 10mm . That same test moves a rubber band 3 inches up the stanchions on the front shock.
I almost bought one but I live in the mountains and it won't climb anything over about 10% grade for any distance without overheating the motor. If you live in flat country you'll be good though.
@@Billybritt-s4t That seems to be the going trend. The downside of that for me is I am a 300-pound man and I'm tired of replacing chains. I can break chains under my own leg power, once you add a mid drive I'm changing Chains once a week.
I’ve tried to put 300 miles on my bike, it shuts off all over the place for no reason I have to turn the control off and back on to get the control to work, I’ve had no reasonable help from this bicycle company, they are difficult to deal with, and they don’t know how to fix their own bikes

@@eBike-Explorer-Milo this bike still does nothing but shut off all over the place. I think there’s something wrong with the throttle, really sucks to spend $1800 and have something that barely works.
What was wrong with your bike saying junk doesn’t help anything what was wrong with with it I am looking at buying one so I haven’t seen many bad things said about it
Prehistoric elegance, right on!
But can you leave it in many places ??
