How can I do a cheat day and eat whatever I want for a day? For a day that I do, would it affect me a lot if I exercise daily? How often could one do this? I imagine that for a day it would not affect much and I can continue my routine normally.
You need to decrease your calories during the week by around 300/400 calories and so they will add up on the cheat day as the calories you can have over your normal amount.Will tennyson made a video about cheat days.Just type it in.Hope that helps
