    I’d struggle with all that sweet stuff, I could easily do 10,000 on crisps, sausage rolls, pizza etc though.

      Opposite for me! I don't like chips much, but I just had a donut after craving it for a few days... I hope that tells you something

    Just remember that calorific food does not equal bad food, nuts are really good for you! Even though They are High in calories does not mean They are bad

    Seemed like a good day to me. Good film choice, good food(not the nuts, or the topping of pizza id choose) but a good effort.

    Think adding a toffee nut latte to that McDonald’s would have been good and possibly crisps and sugary drinks may have been the way to go to get over that 10k mark

      Annoyingly drink calories don't count, otherwise i'd have had multiple milkshakes!!

    Great effort! Were you allowed to include drinks in the calorie count? Pretty sure you would have smashed it if you had a milkshake or two with lunch and dinner

    nice attempt for the 10k if i may advice you should try to do your workout at around midday after or at least after you do your first big meal that's what i usually do so like i would eat around 2-4k calories give or take as first meal then rest an hr or 2 then hit the gym just do compound weights and that's it after that workout im pretty much famished again anyways great video hope to see more content and it's nice to see women just enjoy themselves with food from time to time and just genuinely enjoy it and not do fake eating like other girls from youtube

    Awesome effort I love this type of content my fav to watch 😀😋💯 I myself smash an epic weekly cheat day every Saturday and always smash a minimum of 10k calories hahaha🐷✌🏼🤤 always consisting of boxes of the best food on planet earth ‘cereal’ as well as baked goods and cereal bars love a few boxes of LCMs hahaha hope to see a redemption of you smashing this challenge ✌🏼💯😊

    I saw on a foodie vlog the other day that Tesco doesn’t change their Krispy Kreme to fresh until 10am! Just so you know for next time 🤗
    Great vid..love watching these even though I’m deep in Anorexia and don’t touch any of these lush foods! You’re eating it all for me 😅

    Well done. The highest I ever got on a random treat day was about 6k without thinking and boy was I very very full. I didn't eat until the following night and I'm 6ft tall, lean and athletic. My stomach capacity isnt' very good. I nibble all day on food, so I can pack in calories, not volume and didn't really consider that when eating my treat meals bc I wanted to just choose what I enjoyed, not focus on really calorie dense foods that take up small space. XD. Keto icecream pints for example can go up to over 1k per. So icecream 10 pints then put salty toppings on. Or avocado and other fats on top of other high calorie stuff lol. sugar and salty stuff tends to go down hill for most folk or dense starchy items. Don't do pure protein either because meat sweats are real. I tried that. lol.

      It really was! It was quite hard to find high calorie foods that won't suuuuper quickly fill you up or make you feel sick!

    Nuts arnt bad for you 😭 they are actually apart of a healthy diet especially when u hit the gym…. You just need to watch how much you eat because they’re high in calories

      I'd say i've always had a suuuuper sweet tooth and always eaten a lot of chocolate etc, but am also trying to make sure I eat a good amount of fruit & veg/ more nutritious foods. I do exercise and try to be fairly active, so generally always stay around the same weight i'd say. Although I actually don't really weigh myself in general, as long as my clothes fit and I feel good in myself, that's good enough for me! :) xx
