The key to this challenge, high calorie low volume. Nuts, pesto, mayo A jar of pesto is over 800 calories, 100g of mayo is over 700 (and you'd easy have 50g on a regular day), nuts of course are very high calorie. And Nut butters. You could simply add Nut butter onto things or into things as well as butters and oils :)
You should try the Christmas pizza from Pizza Hut and the festive menu from subway (tiger pig sub, mince pie cookie, chocolate orange cookie). Love your videos ❤️

Hey! Not really, I calculate my insulin based on what I’m eating day to day and that applied for the 10k too. Just a lot more food to consider!! I felt fine though considering (other than the expected after consuming 10k) 🙏🏼❤️
We just listen to our bodies and eat what we fancy 😬 no strict plan for the day after. Largely was the same, but we ate breakfast later than we’d usually do! We actually planned to film a ‘what we ate the following day’ but we were so busy the next day we didn’t manage it. Thank you for watching Connie! X

Hi guys. I could not have eaten all that food. Especially sweets. I mean I love chocolate, salted caramel and peanut butter/rasberry jam flavour base but not 10k calories of it 😂. I do like chips (you call crisps) but once again I'd not be able to eat 10k calories of food. I could get to 5k no problems but 10k not so sure. Awesome work. Love seeing UK snacks as we don't have ur items in Australia
Loved this guys, well done Emma for doing it vegan, as a vegan I couldn’t do it, as I can’t eat too much sugar as I live a sugar free lifestyle, I think doing it vegan would be harder as you would probably get most of your calories from sugar, as savery stuff is low calorie usually. I love pizza but I don’t like vegan cheese 😒,I don’t know how people can do this, well done guys 👏 👏 big respect
Doughnotts are the place for vegan doughnuts! If you don’t have a shop near you they deliver in the post too! I’m not vegan, but the doughnuts are to die for.
It’s the deep frying that’s makes the hash browns more calorific than oven ones. Loved that Emma did only vegan food. Great vid👌🏽🔥
