    The trick is to eat calorie dense foods that aren’t filling. Like fried foods (the oil adds up the calories but not so filling). French fries, pastries etc

      @@lucille6888 and nuts, nut butter, ice cream! and add any sauces/dips to foods too because they add up! Even though I know you like things plain 😂

    Great attempt at the challenge. That pasta is one of my favorites to get. It's surprising when you see how many calories are in each food. hope you're feeling better after it! x

    If you ever do the challenge again, I have a couple tips lol as someone with a nutrition degree if you want to reach a higher number without feeling as full, avoid protein-based foods i.e the protein breakfast because protein is the most filling macronutrient and so the more protein you eat the longer you will be full up. :) Just so you know for next time.

    good job! next time id dry incorporating sauces and dips - biscoff, peanut butter etc etc. also adding mayo etc to the breakfast, small hacks but high in calories

    It's easier if the food doesn't have a lot of volume. One time I blended 1kg (2.2 lbs) of hazelnuts to make hazelnut butter. I blended them for so long that it turned out almost liquid and it went down SO easily. That day I ate half of it 😱 That's more than 3000 cals. So if you managed to eat a whole jar of nut butter or Nutella through the day, that would be 3000-4000 cals

    Next time you should get a Chinese.. Chinese food is so high in calories but it's super yumm! Well done, this looks so easy but I doubt I'd even make 5k 😅

    Hey girl,
    You did such a great job! I hope your tummy isn’t too bad afterwards. I think the rule with the drinks is more to do with people getting milk/milkshake and throwing tons of chocolate bars etc in it. As that would cram in so many calories. However, that definitely wouldn’t be you as I know you don’t like milk 😃 saying that I don’t think some drink would make it easier as they can fill you up too! Xx

    I definitely think you could do this if you were smarter with what you ate; toast with nutella/any spread is a good one for calories and less carbs like pasta 😊

    Great attempt haha! Hope you don't mind this genuine question: as a person who doesn't have an eating disorder (as far as we know), how do you feel tracking calories and seeing numbers? Does doing these videos not affect you afterwards (eg: next time you eat a pizza will you be tainted by knowing it's more calories than you thought?)
    Just genuinely interested in your thoughts / how you move past that, I think it's great watching you eat so freely in your what I eat in a day vids xx

      Obviously I am not Lucille but from all the research I have done thus far, and from all the health professionals I’ve spoken to, there is a certain percentage of people who have a genetic predisposition to developing an ED (such as anorexia, or just a restrictive ED) which can be triggered by restricting your caloric intake (either on purpose or without even realising), counting calories, cutting out certain food groups etc. From what I can tell, Lucille does not have that genetic predisposition and so counting calories does not affect her at all (or even if it slightly does, it doesn’t develop into a full blown ED). But thought I’d share this anyway :)

      Hey I am not Lucille either but I hope this helps. I do not have any kind of eating disorder and no, even knowing if one pizza has my daily recommended intake, I would still eat the whole thing as-well as anything else I wanted♥️♥️ am aware I am lucky to feel like that X

    Yeah defo eating less carbs filling meals is best, chocolate, sweets, biscuits etc rather than big meals of pasta or pizza... etc but you did well :)

    I feel stuffed on the days I eat over 2k calories lol. That's a cheat day for me. I'm glad though, having a big appetite is so expensive! I think if you had some fried food, you would have hit your target easily. That was a tonne of food but most of it just wasn't high calorie enough for this challenge.

    I think you could have made better food choices. Like, instead of the breakfast pack, you could have opted for something way lower in protein so you wouldn't feel as full. Also, having two pizzas in the same day can kill one's appetite due to the high levels of sodium.
