I am in Qatar. The penalty is minimum INR 10000 and hotel closed for minimum 1 month.
So try to close those restaurant at least one month and place the notice on their door.

Yes, he is correct. I was also worked in restaurant and hotels ( tandoori selection and also others sectonns ).they add to much red,green colour in chicken and also add green colour in mint chutney. Sad truth is people also like that. Even Im hotel, I don't eat that. Be careful when you are going to eat in star hotels and restaurants(especially meat).

Returning from US, MY first meal I went to zaitoon in chennai one road that is near thoraipakkam 4 way signal..went little bit earlier than usual lunch time by 11.30..they said they only have fried rice and after 20mins served the spoilt fried rice... ridiculous ppl..could have just said lunch s not ready yet
