Probably the best tour I saw. I saw this at sugar here in Victoria 2005. Best part is was a venue for 500? Packed. Sound was huge. Medium size stage. I wish I had video
I have a fond tether to this album. I had just bought a shitty used car and my first trip was to go to the store to get the transgression album (and area 51 for ps2). My car's engine threw a rod and I still drive 10 miles to the store and bought the album. I said "fuck you" to that piece of shit car. At least it took me to get that bad ass album!
Same here man. After I got Mechanize I listened to all their old stuff and this album has some great songs. Different sound to it, but one of my favs is 540,000 degree Fahrenheit. "Watch the firestorm, Incinerate you into ash! All that you know burns away into dust. So many Lives. So many Innocent. Burn!" Still the same vibe that FF always gives. Can't wait for the new stuff!!!
Wow bad ass!! Love me some FF. Can’t believe ppl think Monolith will be a thing. Dino is trying but just let it go. We got many years of awesome music from Burton and Dino.
As a young metalhead not yet into harsh vocals, this tour, set and band changed it all for me. So despite this cycle being for their "weakest" album, it got me into the band as a whole. Burton and the boys out there pouring their souls out on tour kept them relevant. I guess you could say COW had a bigger influence on me than Dino for that reason.
Now that the current fear factory line up with dino has played archetype and cyberwaste live, i wonder if they will play this one some time. Clearly one of the best tracks from Transgression.
they really played that songs? hope they do it on next euro-tour too! Not playing archetype songs on stage is such a waste. About Transgression a care less, but Spinal Compression would be cool
Haha, right? It was very steel and metallic sounding in nature. I remember reading in an interview that Christian Olde Wolbers had to leave the recording room because of the sound of the guitar.
I imagine those two albums were taken out of their set list due to legal reasons. I mean, when dino came back into the picture and booted cow and ray, there was a HUGE and very ugly legal battle that ensued shortly after. Plus, although us, as fans, really loved those albums, dino quite hated them. Which is part of why he got back into the picture.
I am glad they changed the sound of the guitar from Archetype. The guitar one om Archetype sounded like wood to me. Not saying Archetype was a bad album, it was a great album.
Right? It's a shame the album was rushed and unfinished (poor production and some songs that are basically demos) because I loved the direction they were going in. The high points of Transgression showed they were evolving as a band. It's a shame what Burton and Dino did to Christian and Raymond. These days, they are still putting out kickass songs, but it feels like they just do variations on a theme. Like every album is built upon what they did on Demanufacture.
@@chasethecolors Well, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Genexus was a great album, and Mechanize shows they can evolve their sound but not go to the extent they did with Transgression.
@@Xenoforge78 Mechanize is a monster of a record. Shame they went a bit backwards with The Industrialist and Genexus, although Genexus is also a very strong record, with Protomech being my favourite song on that one.
@@StrikerUSS StrikerUSS 100% Agree dude. The Industrialist is easily one of their weakest records IMO, Genexus was a solid album but it can't beat out Mechanize, Gene Hoglan playing drums on Mechanized is probably part of that haha.
THIS is Fear Factory. Hands down the best incarnation of the band. They don't exist anymore.
One of the heaviest sounds a metal band could deliver
to me the best FF line-up
It fkn was!
So damn good!! The Jackson, the riff, the vocals, the snare and of course Byron Stroud!!
Probably the best tour I saw. I saw this at sugar here in Victoria 2005. Best part is was a venue for 500? Packed. Sound was huge. Medium size stage. I wish I had video
The best Line up.
Peak and most metal era Fear Factory.
Much better than the album version!!!
This album is sick!
I love the Transgression album, we wouldn't have the following albums without it.

I hope Christian and Raymond will return to ff ever
Sad news, they didn't, also Burton left

Christian definitely assisted in taking FF in a new direction, with a new attitude to boot :)
Such an amazing performance of that song !
2020
we are still here, the sound of the future
Omg I love this band so much
moi aussi
Now that FF finally broke up, I enjoy these old videos even more
Wow bad ass!! Love me some FF. Can’t believe ppl think Monolith will be a thing. Dino is trying but just let it go. We got many years of awesome music from Burton and Dino.
What a great Christian is, such a killer stage act!
BEST SONG ON GIGANTOUR DVD!👊🏻💥
I can only imagine this sound hitting you live.
best guitar tone... Awesome Jackson too
Christian makes some amazing riffs man!!! I can't wait for the new Arkaea album just so I can hear some more of those epic riffs he creates.
k5lta Arkaea supposed to be next FF album but Burt left the band....so Cristian and Raymond tok new bas player and singer

This comment dated me without insult
Son tan grandes!.un uruguayo sin lograr verlos en vivo

METAL is life, bro. this musical genre should dominate all American and Canadian culture. Metal is the best musical genre in the world. i love metal!!
Best lineup
this song (intro) has been my callsignal on my cellphone for the last two years :-)
It's a great song & great lyrics. Period.
Amazing
Y pensar que de esta formacion (que tuve la suerte de ver en vivo en 2007) ya no queda ni uno, solo dino. Increible
burton ......the best
badass tune!!!
they flat out KILLED this whole performance that night.
Although the trangression album doesn't match up to Mechanize, this is still a very very sick song, the riff is just...heavy
0:29 a fan died happy during the concert...the other fans eliminate his body in a honorable "Fear Factory-ish" way. ;-)
😂
Burton prendido fuego, se nota q sin Dino estaba más relajado y suelto
Gigantour Calgary AB 2005 caught 5 stitches above the left eye in the pit. Fuckin awesome!!!
THE BEST GROUPING OF FEAR FACTORY: BURTON - BYRON - CHRISTIAN - RAYMOND
This is beyond awesome.
Now that the current fear factory line up with dino has played archetype and cyberwaste live, i wonder if they will play this one some time. Clearly one of the best tracks from Transgression.
I doubt it Transgression wasn't very popular I personally am a fan of the album but it is FF's least successful album
they really played that songs? hope they do it on next euro-tour too! Not playing archetype songs on stage is such a waste. About Transgression a care less, but Spinal Compression would be cool
Live FF is like a kick to the side of your f'n head.
THIS TASTE S GOODDD
Badass riff
Great Sound !!!!!

Judge me not, judge lest you be judged.
period!
TOP!!!!!
Haha, right? It was very steel and metallic sounding in nature. I remember reading in an interview that Christian Olde Wolbers had to leave the recording room because of the sound of the guitar.
One of the best FF songs and Dino's not in it.
Deserves a big fuck u. Dino has a unique sound that can't be matched. Specially from a fuckin bass player. WOW!!

Much better live.

Ese concierto es el Gigantour de hace unos cuantos años
damn even without dino this is fucking tight as!!!! I can't believe im only just becoming a big fan and there's no burton no more!!! :(
514!!!!!!!
Completely different line up with the current one
can you make an archetype video ,from this dvd :-D ? I cant find it :-(
anti illuminati confirmado! 😊👏
1 nation of God.
Christian is better guitar player than dino ?
caralho
Transgression has some great songs. It's a shame that the mastering/production of the album is so weak.

Also Protomech is a great track, but my fav of it is Regenerate. Very different for Fear Factory, but they made it work amazingly well IMO.
Dino and his fuckin' ego!! He wouldn't play any FF song from either Archetype or Transgression! So fucked up!!!
Imitating burton c bell's voice will get u bad cough🗣🗣
That a Slipknot tattoo?
+Simi Li No, he's had that tattoo for a long time.
Christian was so overrated
Horrible guitar tone.
It sounds AMAZING 🤘🤘🤘
