We have stayed at Virginia Highland Haven and loved it. The sunsets there are amazing (as is the laundry facility...). C and discussed the great "Wright Life Trade Wind Incident" while at Hershey. In today's world of social media and cameras everywhere, they need to take their security a little more seriously if that's what they want. Automotive companies would have covered the unit entirely or blockaded the entrance. You guys just innocently stumbled on it. We're looking forward to their next big reveal and if we see it covered or camouflaged in any way, we'll refer to it as being Wright Lifed...
Rick, Great video. AS should have had a sign saying NO pictures, etc. prior to their corporate release. It happens. I’d be interested in a video / your thoughts on a Dometic refrigerator”exhaust” fan installation - for outside and possibly on an install video on something actually inside the fridge. I’ve seen a couple of videos on Beechlane. Thanks in advance - keep up the great work.

Is that a soundbar installed above your tv? Does it work better than using the surrounding speakers throughout the Airstream? And how does it sound over the noisy AC?
Yes…it’s a budget sound bar. We installed it as our internal radio and speakers didn’t work. No issues with AC noise. It works great and is Bluetooth compatible so we can link our phone and listen to music if we want. Safe travels.
I’ve heard Highland Haven can be difficult to get in but we must have been lucky. We were even able to tend our stay. Hope you get a chance to stay there. Safe travels.
Hilarious ! Airstream should be thanking you for stealing their thunder & giving a little preview~ Great video & Vinnie has "hey ole man" shoes from Costco. BTW do y'all have the Alde Truma system ? Hey Mike…I’m sure Airstream has forgotten all about it. In the long run, I can’t imagine it hurt their sales of the Trade Wind trailer. FYI - we are going to miss the Nov rally. We will be starting construction on the AS shelter. Safe travels.
Watching this one on the “big screen” rather than the phone. Nice waterfall! We had no idea there were hiking trails there. We were hoping to get into Highland Hills this year, but it looks like they are completely booked for the rest of the season. 😢 So happy you guys got to stay there and share your experience with your TH-cam family.
