We had some dispersed camping success this trip with friends. We found an amazing campsite with access to a river beach, fishing and located far from anyone else. We’ve also decided to adopt! A highway that is 😉 We are very excited to be a part of the Adopt a Highway program here in Washington state and hope to make our TH-cam community a part of this as well. On day two of this trip we met with family who helped us clean up litter and then we relaxed in a beautiful campground nearby.

Very cool that y'all adopted a highway! Having grown up in western WA and seeing the "adopted signs"...and traveling extensively in the US...don't see that much. WA rules!

Thanks!! Pretty simple actually. Just contact the DOT for available sections, sign a contract to promise to do the work, watch a safety video and get to it 💪🏻

That river reminds me of bumping river my family would camp there all the time in the summer as a kid we would bring inner tubes and float the river

Generally 4 but 3 is ok if it's a long winter up there 👍🏻
