I have a d16y7 and just got a y8 head what do I need to do to get it to safely rev as high as possible without blowing? is it just a cam and valve springs with retainers or is the cam just for power also are the skunk2 valve springs good for around 8k? I'm not to concerned about the power I just want it to rev high for fun and maybe I'll get power to

Just need upgraded valve springs and chipped ecu for 8k rev limit
The d16y7 bottom end will spun a bearing because the crank have poor oiling from factory. Get a d16z6 bottom end or d16z6 crankshaft.
