- I have wanted to make a video in this style for a LONG time... and what better way to start it off than with an informative video taking a look at just why Gliscor is such an evil pokemon. Nintendo absolutely messed up when designing Gliscor and it resulted in it being the most toxic pokemon of all time, easily walling many legendary pokemon and causing huge problems for a lot of the meta pokemon in competitive. We're going to be taking an in depth guide on just why Gliscor is so broken in competitive pokemon, and why with terrastalisation it can also become the best normal type pokemon.

I use Gliscor as a sweeper.
Swords dance
Substitute
Earthquake
Aerial ace
Toxic orb
Poison heal
Tera Water
An honest gliscor user that i can get behind!
You know what is more evil? Leftovers Gliscor with Poison Heal. You lead your Gliscor and Tera Water turn 1. Then you get any Pokemon in that has Toxic Spikes and use it once on your enemies field. Then you Court Change the spike into your side with Cinderace and finally you switch your Gliscor in and get it poisoned.
And if you are against a Gliscor, try using a Trick / Switcheroo mon with Pecha Berry and give it to Gliscor to heal him from the poison

Do you prefer offensive or defensive gliscor and which is better for masterball tier?
I personally think that if I was JUST trying to win games and didn't need to worry about video length etc then defensive gliscor is ABSOLUTELY better, just so annoying to deal with and so good at spreading toxic/damage around

it could be worse. it could have a high Sp.Def or HP too. Or access to Roost still.

i prefer steel on gliscor because freeze-dry exists to destroy the water types
Yeah steel is very very solid! My main concern is the opposing Gliscor matchup if you tear steel becomes very problematic, but for basically every other matchup Tera Steel is super useful
