Thanks so much for the support Tiago! I'm glad the "Lets just roll into it" is readable, I was worried it'd be too confusing 😆 You're the best man 🔥🔥🙏✌
Hi tiago, never run bearings with no spacers, the spacers are very important to stop sideways pressure on the bearing internals when you tighten them. No spacer will cause rapid wear and failure
Although it's kinda funny timing you doing a stream today. I was just talking about you to some non-skater friends, they got real hyped when they figured out you do freestyle.
Question for everyone, what pairs for inlines skates should I buy if I want speed and have the closest feeling of being as smooth as in ice? I am already really confident with inlines skates using the K2 fit 80 boa. I was wondering for a three wheel skate, but I don't know which.
There’s quite a paradox here, you can’t quite have a speed and ice (hockey skate) feel with inline skates. A banana rockered setup will be most similar to a hockey skate, but will be very unstable for high speeds/rougher terrain. Rockered setups are also much harder to maintain high speeds with. Flat setup will be best for speed, but will most definitely lack the maneuverability of ice. It’s very hard to have the agility of hockey skates as well as the ability to reach and maintain high speeds (safely) in one setup. What I did to solve this was to get a rockerable frame, that way when practicing ice-type moves on flat ground, I can easily rocker my setup, but when going for speed or any sort of distance, jumps, or rougher terrain, I can easily switch my setup to flat for the much needed stability. If you’re coming from ice, I would recommend getting a rockerable frame, it works wonderfully for me and I’m sure it will help you as well in your transition from ice to concrete. I currently skate an FR3 80 with the X2R rockerable frame and it works great for me. I also know the Katana triskate frames are rockerable, if you want a rockerable 3 wheel setup. Hope any of this helps!
Tiago, meu chará, vc deveria fazer alguns vídeos em português para seus fãs brasileiros e portugueses...making videos using the native language of your fans could do really good for your channel and the whole skating community worldwide
I brought powerslide imperial one.I just started skating but I had much pain because I have a big navicular bone.Do you think it will improve over time? Or is this bone fate? what can I do about this problem ?
