The Caleb body language comment is obviously based purely on one moment the cameras picked up when he was sitting on the bench after taking a huge hit and was stretching about and shaking off the effects. It's ridiculous to suggest it was evidence of a bad demeanor.

When CW had Thomas Brown as a dedicated OC he was 946 total yards, 7TD, and 1INT vs the 9th-4th-5th ranked defense in a row, with a bottom 5 line. He has better numbers than Stroud put up this year. 3 to 1 TD ratio. Almost broke the longest none INT streak. Mulitpile game winning drive thwarted by coaching. Not saying he's Brady or Mahomes, but he's better than ppl are giving him credit for.

I don’t get all the Drake Maye love, like he wasn’t winning games and he would throw interceptions to end games. Like yeah he had moments but so did Caleb. Like Caleb had multiple 300 yard plus games and played in several close ones. I think ppl are just hating cause of the expectations before the season.

I think the media takes and quips from in-game commentators focus too much on Caleb's "tools" and make him sound like some unpolished pick with a cannon ... when in reality he's an extremely high IQ player. He cares about attention to detail it comes to reading progressions, escaping pocket, etc. He's hitting tiny windows on in-routes and up the seam, which are notoriously hard for rookies. And he's already verbally coaching teammates on where to be and how to run routes so they're on the same page!

Yes at the beginning of the season it may have looked like we have him the tools to succeed…but with no Oline it made no difference. No rush game gave the other defense the option to just rush him
