Sweet bike and good race! Just subscribed. As a novice gravel/mtb racer (at 55 yrs old), I have a 24' SL5 (Checkpoint) that I really like but hoping to upgrade the group set at some point.
This frame is fast and really great for 45-50mm tires but I definitely envy the tire clearance you have on the checkpoint. The sram groupsets are very nice nowadays, love having no problems with this one.
Ah lovely road. I wish I had some spaces like that where I live. BTW, I must confess i´m impressed by that guy Nigel, he did great on a singlespeed, I never tought of that as a gravel option.
@@00mustangwolf00 42t on the front, seems to work great with the 10-46 cassette, spend the most time around the 19 and 17t right in the middle, spins out above 30 mph and still good on the hills

Those single-speeders are nutso! I barely get by with my 2X12. lol
Yeah ss on those big hills is crazy, he was very strong for sure, I don’t think my knees could handle it
Well done. Was curious what size that front chainring is?
