Never know whether those blue strips on the front grille are supposed to be that colour or are just protective tape for the chrome underneath that never got pulled of in the original prep - seen it on other cars. Always a bit concerned that Dacia cut costs in rust protection. Good to see the trees being trimmed.
Fantastic! That MUD was annoying the 'eck out of me. As soon as you took a new motor, it had mud in it. Shame you didn't have the whole lot cemented. ;-)

Best idea you've had in ages Chops!!!! It's going to make such a difference to the upkeep of every retailable vehicle in the fleet and your stress levels hahahaha 😂😅😊 good on ya fella!!!! Keep doing ya thing!! All the best to you and yours this Christmas and New year's!!!
They do need to be replaced when they reach the wear limits. Fitting new pads to old discs mean a big reduction in braking till the two different surfaces wear in together.
Don't get down hearted mate, gravel will look great, nice display of cars, hide ones in prep away, if possible, lights out side, maybe a bit of a car port for the best ones, try for Pete 5.5 days a week, valleter, mint cars in showroom, you've got so much scope down there and you've come such a long way. Toughen up on warranties, that's what's affecting you mentally and obviously cash, most of the issues can be avoided with thought and experience, take that little job of petes grinding that lip off, much better than sending the car away for new discs, hang onto some of these better cars you get, like that BM your mates polished up, you should have had that done and made a few grand, I've every confidence in you bud.
Hope you can get a better deal than I did on concrete James. Just done a pad for a new ramp here, prices shot up here in North Wales, £180 + vat per cube and that is just supplied, not laid, and as you probably know, a cube doesn't go very far.
Sometimes a change is as good as a holiday, seems like Nov and Dec will be more quiet months so a good opportunity for a refresh, reset and recharge for you 🤞
Chris my neighbour used the Dacia for his fishing trips carrying fishing gear around, which is why he must of removed the parcel shelf and rear head rests. His wife Lorraine found them today and should be posting them out soon. Sorry for not spotting it before James
Been waiting for this day since I started watching a few years ago im sure I was one of the main ones fussing in the comments haha but itll be worth it now for sure and im glad the landlord is helping in the process
@ChopsGarage I didn't really look, cars were very cheap mate, 64 plate quasgui, 86k,bit of damage on the front 1400 quid, I gave 4k for one a while ago. I just bought a 60 plate 207 estate for 600 quid as I'm stocked up and nothing really selling, no space. You'd make a fortune shipping em down to you from south Yorkshire, Nov and Dec will be cheap mths for buying.
1 ramp and 1 mechanic surely couldn't keep up with the prep mechanical work and warranty work so would still need Moors significantly. Even Lee from Car UK needs to outsource at times even though he's a mechanic and got another mechanic
You need to do your own in house repairs, and vehicle preparation. Get tougher on the Warranty Claims; you will get the wrong message out to your customers. Especially, to people you know.
we spend a few months a year in Dartmouth so if the timing synced we'd be up for joining you for a meet up 👍Could bring some random old car for amusement 🤣
Hello from Ireland again James. Nice one for doing the Yard. It will make such a difference, that you won't know yourself, James. And Joe will be happy 😊 😃. Lovely Dacia, it won't sit around for too long. Great video again as always James 🙏🙏👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Well done with the title!😳👍 You had me fooled. If best clickbait title was a category, you'd win it with ease. 🤣 Nice Logan though. Not very mileagey for the age. Are you going to do anything with the ding near the door handle?
You are a bit too far for me to have a meet , I did have one with Sam from watts on court , couple of pints as he was down my way real top chap , should look much better when car park sorted out 👍🏻
I've got to be honest, I never really paid much attention to the surface of the carpark area before, but now I've heard the plans for it, I think it'll look the bee's knees when it's all done & completed.
@@ChopsGarageif you've got your comsumer credit licence bud you want to push credit, just make sure you explain charges to customer, these claims are pre 2021 anyway, drawbacks yes, but probably the only way to do later cars.
@ the colour looked good before the work but now it’s superb. I think he said it was about 8 days work and still has a decent margin. Win win for everyone and the eventual buyer will get a great car.
Bloody hell, James, you had me worried for a minute. It's going to look great once it's done.

Happy New Lot!!
An enclosure in the far corner to park a car for potential customers to see/test drive would be good.

A ramp and employ 1 mechanic 🧑🔧 would the maths be better than moors all the time ?
True. If he adds up what he spends there plus time traveling back and forth .

maybe plant a few trees on the side though, for the birds and insects
No parcel shelf and no rear headrests, hmm, has it been used as a van a lot 🤔
Fishing holidays, they had 2 cars
Could do with a "shrubbery "
With a little fence around it.... but not too expensive! Ni!
I wasn't worried at all at this clickbait title. We already knew in previous vids chips were going down.

What would you recommend for a lads first car anybody?
Fiesta with a petrol engine that's not an Ecoboost
Toyota Aygo, Citroen C1,Peugeot 107, Suzuki Swift 1.2 , Toyota Yaris,
