I just scored one in a goodwill secondhand shop for €15, serial nummber is NE6 so it's probably from august 1926. The lint in it still works and through your video and site I now know how to use it. So excited!
I have a green Remington Porto-Rite that is nearly identical to yours. Can you point me where to get a fresh ribbon for it please? I don’t see my model listed anywhere for replacement ribbons.
great video, I have had one of these for awhile, bought at a thrift store after falling in love with its look, but have always had a hard time remembering how to center and lock the carraige. You solved that problem for me! many thanks.
Great!! I can understand now how it works, mainly how to release the car, because almost all other functions I was able to discover it by my self. Thank you!

Beautiful Remington.
It definitely is!
How long could it take you to write a full page? Can you make a video about that? I mean, just typing, not talking.
Thanks for your answer!
