No animals useing fire as a defence is actully wrong. The bombadier beatle kinda does, it uses the 100°C gas from mixing 2 chemicals + a catalyst to cause a explosion to propell a acid liqued as far as possible with out the catalyst wich makes the reaction a explosion it would excrete a flaming mixture of gas and liquid. Without the catalyst it would basically become a liqued fuel flamethrower that not only burns but corrodes the surface it lands on.
