Thanks for sharing your experience on Acko india car insurance. I taken insurence from ACKO first time and first exeperience with ACKO is very much disappointing. They have charged extra amount in Zero depth insurance and they are not giving go-ahead to their surveyor for my car delievery. I suggest to all Guys that never purchase any Insurance from ACKO otherwise you will be traped by ACKO.

@@IntrovertDil in Acko zero depreciation we have 2 more types which is Smart saver and Standard type. So for smart saver premium plan is less ,so at the time of claiming we need to pay 6k now and where as for standard the premium charges are more so no need to pay the voluntry charges.hope u got it.
Bro i took bike insurance from acko I got email that bike is insured by acko and policy time period everything is given But in WhatsApp got message that kyc not verified ? What to do ? This insurance is valid or not?
Acko car insurance kya koi sa bhi insurance nahin lena chahiye yeh chor company hai claim ke samay pareshan karte hain claim amount se jyada amount policy ko pay karna hoga uske baad claim paas hoga. Koi bewakoof hai kya jo policy ko claim karega.. apne aap se hi pay nahi karega. Acko se kabhi bhi kisi tarah ki koi policy naa le yeh mera personal experience hai.
Sir, Agar Hyundai ka service center (ya koi bhi car company ka service centre) Acko ki cashless Authorized list mein nhi aa rha ho to us case mein Claim "Cashless" hoga ya phir "Reimbursement" hoga. Please if you can reply. Thanks
Your customer care executives are rude and you can't do anything in time. Worst company in India is ACKO. I have never dealt with such pathetic people. I gave them money to get harassed.

Acoko claim if u use other garages then only u need to pay voluntary deduction...
Voluntary deduction compulsory for smart saving zero depreciation policy.
