Acko- full of fake commitments No value of customer feedback, never ending you will get call back from relationship manager.seems like every 2nd guy is relationship manager for his call you will wait till your delivery date and will not get call nor your car. Biggest mistake I chosen acko as booking platform just due to some discounts against which I am not getting any update from dealer nor acko highly not recommended don’ t waste you time. Before booking they will be after you, once you are done with the booking person will ignore you like anything
Acko insurance company is became totally fraud , group of decoit and doing open robbery with innocent people,the company has no fear about the Govt Rule regulations and constitutional,it's like that IRDA has given full authority to these decoit for doing open robbery with citizen. By influencing with there fake , totally false advertising company created havoc in General insurance business which is very dangerous for this sector, they never give claim and handling claim with unprofessionally brutally, dishonestly, In my claim company saying why I am alive and why didn't not my legs or hands break up in accident, they said my claim only be genuine if I have died or at least legs or hands to be broken, this the condition of there professionalism of this decoit company, secondly there nonsense excuse that why there is rust on my 6-7 yrs old bike ,they want that my bike is to be new after 6-7 yrs ,this is the totally nonsense excuse , how IRDA allowing these decoit,is there any big scam is going on , this is the pre intimation to ACKO insurance company that please stop your nonsense act you are not above the Indian judiciary, there is still lots of hopes in Indian Judiciary for taking punitive action against your culpritness. Relevant evidence attached more rest are preserved for further action if no satisfactory resolution provided.
I have also purchased my Nexon from acko drive but my experience with acko drive is awesome but little disappointed with the dealership with my extended warranty and additional accessories. Just one more thing the dealership doesn't provide even perfume if the purchase is made from acko drive but the discount was really huge so it doesn't matter
I have made booking of Baleno and paid 11000 booking amount. But I had to cancel booking due to budget constraints but despite 3 days followup and mails, calls I am still fighting for refund due to cancellation. Ackodrive is putting pressure to buy another car but not refunding my booking amount easily. I request ackodrive to refund my booking as soon as possible.

I am cancelling my booking with Acko Drive. They are so so stupid and extremely poor customer service. Whenever we call - they listen complete concern and they always say someone will call you back. And whenever we call they will end in that loop to arrange a call back. Then someone will call at random time when we are unavailable. Then again when we call explain full issue, they will say we will arrange a call back 😂 It is a call back service company and not car booking company
