here in the beginning of the video I've been talking about some mistakes made initially with the towers, and explained what would be changed to them: th-cam.com/video/CScYDuHAeGk/w-d-xo.html
actually, those towers are quite good and sturdy only because they are the part of the other bigger grapeshouse structure. If you want to build a standalone tower - that should be much-much wider at the bottom and go narrower to the top.
