Hey guys!! I have noticed lately that a lot of people have been posting on reddit, the New World Forums, and even on my discord, asking , “what should I farm to Make gold in New World!!!”, well after giving this some thought, I felt like I needed to discuss this, because this isn’t exactly the question you should be asking. So in this video I share my mind set and tips I employ to make the gold I make while playing!
Just like you said, there are a lot of uncontested methods everyone can use to farm gold. The only problem is people lack the motivation to find it themselves and just follow YT guides.
i'm selling lots of gear from my dungeon runs on fresh start servers because people really want gear and there isn't a crazy amount on the market right now! it's knowing what's good to sell that makes you money, right now any Luck 590GS+ stuff is selling for 1-2k a piece, if it rolls con or str it will tend to sell for more! another tip is that tier 5 leathers are being nerfed hard on PTR, less than 50% drop rate so it could be worthwhile to stock up on!

Man i really love cooking every day i farm rabbits for 1h get like 30-50 sump rabbits and at the end of the week just craft roasted rabbit and sell them to people who have orders ready most of the time and i get a lot of coins for doing that the other is farming scar and smolder hide those two make a good amount too
this is really good time to take a break from new world, since everything is all about fresh servers now, and those who don't play in it has very few relevance nowadays. good vid tho, as always, keep it up !
Thanks 5! This was an encouraging video. I hate doing dungeons. My favorite thing to do is roaming the open world, flagged and just gathering resources. Also, Brimstone has some incredible bis dropping elites. I assume they are gonna nerf drop rates, I been getting stuff in 1-5 kills.
Your videos are great, keep posting !! Do you think its worth buying things like iron ingots while its low on the market (like 1.2 each) and then selling it days later for 2.5 each as the market changes? As far as i can tell it always goes up and down and this doesn't even seem too risky.
Still fairly new to the game but it seems, at least on Isabella, that the bots have crashed the markets. Most base mats are 0.01 and even some other mats like charcoal are only around 0.1 (buy orders). I was checking wood, skins and fiber 2 nights ago and they were all at 0.01. In my fits couple hours of playing I noticed bots and was disappointed. Also I feel that INSANE leveling speed craters 99% of the low to mid level crafting. I am level 40 and have done nothing but a handful of town board missions, around 6 Marauder missions, and the main story a way, I don't even have the Azoth staff thing yet. I've only crafted and have barely left the level 1 starter areas because I want to enjoy the world and speed run through it but unfortunately it's forced. Anyways, great guide I'll hopefully be able to find a niche item to gain enough gold for some housing.
Great video, also with all the popular crafting leveling videos out there, people can look and see what the bottleneck resource will be and farm it/them or look for the alternate resource and farm it. One example was " on my server" Furnishing: people were making drums and flooding the market and causing Snail slime to go through the roof with no tier 5 mandolins and standup bass on the market.. So you could farm snail slime and make mandolins and standup bass with catfish whiskers so providing the market with them and creating a market for catfish whiskers.
@@5HeadSurvivalGaming Angry Earth mommy said "One of my kind lays dormant in the sands". So its leaning towads Angry Earth lorewise. All those Beast weapons are prob just for Turkeylong. Another thing which might be Beast tho, is the new Varangian Dungeon that was datamined, AGS could very easily make the dungeon use 2 mixed Gearsets, 1 of them for Beast.

Hey man, here is an idea for a video. A tutorial on the rolling gear websites. I can never get them to work properly and I cannot find a video on it. I roll a lot of gear but can never figure out what my best odds are. For instance, I only care about rolling gear with resilience so I always put that perk first. Is this wise or is there better odds for BIS with another perk and hope I roll the resil. thanks
Well thats just it, MMO's require time invested, it is a big issue with the newer generation coming from consoles and not understanding what they are getting into

I wouldn't count on the worm being a "beast", they could just make it angry earth, like how they did with scorpions.
Well seems they are leaning towards beast, so if not the worm something, alot of gear is pushing beast lately

I would focus whatever weapon you like, but for mutations, hatchet /. spear
