Mr. Dany, Malaysia is just a remarkable Southeast Asian country with great beaches, restaurants, hotels, malls, resorts,entertainment centers,temples,etc. 2022❤❤❤
That colourful bridge that you had discovered is Saloma Link. It link KLCC to one of the older part of KL which is known as Kampung Baru.
You can also take the metro train to Kg Baru from KLCC which is only one station.
Nasi Lemak Wanjo in Kg Baru is popular among visitors to this area.
Dany, the amount of living space and quality far cheaper than NYC or London.

@@LexlutherVII some bits it does look way more developed, especially the city centre but even within it, some parts can be a bit shabby. But nothing compared to what some UK/US cities are going through nowadays with their fentanyl/economic woes....jeez, some of those US places look worse than Port au Prince. Which is actually a war zone rn.

If you like CBD area try survey at the Bangsar South . It's kinda new and somewhat a bit of privacy eventho filled of tall buildings comprises of offices also serviced apartments and hotels as well. But love the energy there and heard that people assumed the place to be the next silicone valley of 🇲🇾 (due to lots of MSC status foreign companies kinda established their office there). Can easily travel there by RapidKL LRT Kelana Jaya line.
I notice that u juz can't get enough of Petronas Twin Tower & Merdeka PNB 118...haha....I will do too bcoz both building are gorgeous....I'm sure PNB 118 will look awesome too once completed....I can't wait for ur review of tht 2nd tallest building in d world....love all ur vids....very sharp and well edited....cheers dude

Now that Malaysia has opened up their digital nomad visa, I am extremely eager to head out to KL for a year or two.
And the price! I mean, it's not "cheap", but compared to where I live in Southern California, it's half the price and so much nicer.

Now, who would have foreseen KL looks like this nowadays n still is rapidly developing. Back in d early 1970s, 80s n 90s, KL is just a small city, it is still is a small city but with d growing new cities around KL, d greater part of KL is gowing each day.
If I haven't said it earlier in d previous videos, I see consistency of excellent editing, outstanding narration, brilliant content. Light it up.

I’ve been living in Bangkok since 2016 and Kl is one of my favourite cities. In terms of professional opportunities and lifestyle, the Thai capital is way more interesting than KL.
Nonetheless, if you are married, want to raise children, and work remotely, KL works better, hands down.
Also, KL real estate is more or less 60% of Bangkok prices. It’s demonstrably one of the best places for foreigners to buy flats, land, and houses now to profit in the future.

Believe it or not, I rented W Residences next to W hotel, I could hear people snoring from the apartment next to me. So I'm traumatised by the experience. Can you share your thoughts. According to their website, a cheapest apartment in this building is over $3000 USD per month
That’s short term rental. Around 100bucks a night per unit depending on size and view. 1year contract they got studios starting 500-600 a month but have to go through building directly

A night is USD80 for the most simple appartement (studio). For a full month you will pay USD 2400. How do you come at USD1000? Unless you get a discount for the add .
The monthly rent in Star Residence starting from RM2600( 551 USD ) up to RM6800( 1442 USD ). So, Danny was right.

Doesn't work that way as monthly rate are almost always cheaper than daily rates.

You don't have to be rich to afford this condo. Just need to earn above the lowest wage if you live and work in a western country.
People who live in a western country and can't afford to pay that amount are probably not planning to leave their country because they can't afford travelling or they will just go for a much cheaper option.
I met a guy from Libya in KL who told me he was renting a condo for MYR 700 which is roughly $160. So you can find cheaper option if you can't afford such a rent you just have to do your homework.
