Mutants, demos, cannibals, parodies, any anomalies you like. There some names "Painis Cupcake", "Christian Brutal Sniper", "Doppelganger", "Demo Samedi".
As someone who has played medic spy and engineer I can definitely say spy was the most fun medic was my most played and engineer was the one I got the most assists with
