I once raced a Cadillac CTSV coupe, from a dig, in my 2018 Mustang GT, I had a passenger he didn’t, we were both stock , I got a better start & held him off to about 115, he was starting to Reel me in. I still got him by about 2-3 cars. He just gave me a thumbs up. Those 2nd gen Vs are no joke, especially with mods.
And was 60k brand new. You can’t find a decent low mileage ctsv 2 gen for less than 35k. I can find a 10 sp 5.0 with low miles for 24k. Trust me I like both but recently I saw a cts coupe for 30k red wanted it did all the paper work and was told I wasn’t approved even with great credit. With that said I said fuck Gm.

What do you expect, the CTS is superchargered. I hate when people go, CTS is better but it's SUPERCHARGERED....... THE 5.0 IS N/A.... Pretty big difference lmfao

exactly what I'm thinking, 5.0 has smaller displacement with 1 mod, yet the V had basically full fbo and cams with tune and the 5.0 only lost by 2 car gaps, in the long run, that's nothing... A cobra jet manifold on the 5.0 alone will beat that V

I beat a 2019 mustang GT in my GONE STOCK 2018 Cadillac ATS 2.0 Luxury. YES i won whether you believe me or not I really DGAF. YES i barely won by a car length but winning is winning. That said, EVERYONE knows the V's are TWICE as fast as the non V's...... That said lets look at these cars both BONE STOCK.... The mustang 0-60 is 4.8 the CTS-V goes 0-60 in UNDER 4 seconds. So you'd definitely lose that bet. LMFAO. ANY real racer knows losing by 1 second is ALOTTTTTT especially in 0-60.

SA PAX with very high mileage.....I like American cars. If I can find low mileage cts coupe for a decent price I’d get it.
I own a 2012 V and the maintenance is still high class expensive but I’m at 170k miles and no major issues
