I could not agree more realtors in the ATL. Have gone totally crazy and those that buy these homes at millions are reaping the market apart, every home this agent list they start at millions and the homes are really in the mid 500 range if that much, but one thing for sure in the ATL and surrounding areas u may buy it but when u go to sell it will be impossible 😂
@@marinareynolds2955 I think people coming from NY or Calf usually are the victims of these price ...but when they go to sale they get upset when they can't sale it for what they paid for it. I know several people from Calif fell into the tramp and they walked away from the home when they could not even get the price they paid for it
Great home, but it seems a lil outdated with the wallpaper & the 4th bedroom could be the master it's a lil bigger than the actual master & the closet is waaaayy to small tho
