There's a lot of lore about the Dungeon sets. For instance the Magister's Regalia (mage D1) was crafted by the Kirin Tor and only worn by Dalaran's elite.
There was this epic sword you could craft back in vanilla by combining two rares in Zul'Farrak. I believe it was called Sul'Thraze The Lasher, maybe you could make a video about that since it was pretty unique back then. I was lucky enough to craft it back then but since I got it one my hunter I foolishly deleted it xD
A fury warrior would want weapons of equal speed ideally, to give you an "extra" charge of flurry, since they'd swing at the same time. It would also help to make the off-hand eat fewer charges of flurry.
The more I watch this stuff, the more I yearn for classic. Retail just feels like the typical games as a service that's the thing nowadays with rpg elements behind it. I miss the big fantastical adventure I had when I joined in wrath... Oh well, gaming today, I guess...

Unstoppable force , Teebu's , Headmaster's Charge, Ashkandi , Perdition's Blade, Hanzo/Assassination blade, Phantom Blade, Sword of Omen, Krol Blade, Maladath, Hakkari Warblades , Ancient Bone Bow, Heartstriker , Dragonbreath Hand Cannon, any PvP weapon... So many choices.
finally someone mentioning Felstriker. I played a rogue for 6-7 years from Vanilla to WOTLK and that's the most OP item in the game for me. I got lucky to get it before even reaching 60. Back then and with rogues already being OP about 99% of ppl had 0 chance in pvp. In TBC i used it in BGs with Ironfoe and Hand of Justice... oooh the good 'ol times... especially before S1 and resilience gear.. it was like cheating...

I know, I know its warrior only, but it felt so epic to finally get it after tons of work (Thats atleast how jung noobie me rememberd it back then, not really sure if it was really that epic xD) This weapon and the journy to Frey Island for Zerk stance definitly were my fondest memories from back then
Back in vanilla I had the full rank 13 set on my fury warrior, and with the guild we ran UBRS and the carapace dropped. I said you guys can have it (they were all alts) And they said, NO you take it you will need it for rag and BWL. So I took it and I completed the quest. I had more health than most tanks due to my gear when i looted the blood of heroes I could just solo the elites. Due to having so much health I often did not wear much fire res, dont know if that was the right decision lol!
I remember getting the swords back in BC when I first started playing and found a guild that would do "old" content regularly...I was so excited wearing them around Iron forge on my rogue. lol

back then i never realised that ubrs was a raid but rather a big group. well, that was the time i haven't been in a raid yet. but funny how i get such a huge flashback when i hear the tristram theme ;)
This shows the alure of Vanilla. Weapons and Armor to remember. Newer expansions did have that less and less. Even now, after all those years, looking at those stats, i think they are amazing. Very low compared to the stats we have now. But the stats we have now are all completely meaningless to me. In vanilla they meant something.
Too bad they didnt have their phasing tech they use for arathi/DS/blasted lands then both pre cata and post story could be enjoyed without the awkward jump to outland or northrend
Grats on 100k! You should do an AV weapon episode! The Unstoppable Force and The Immovable Object, that rare spear with blue glow for hunters or Runeblade of Baron Rivendare and Headmaster's Charge are nice, but please do one of my all time favorite 1hand swords: Jang'thraze the Protector and Sang'thraze the Deflector to form the might Sul'thraze the Lasher, they just look really cool!
6:50 this is years later I know, but the proc rate on felstriker is under 3%, I have it on my rogue in classic, it's super neat if you're preraid but having to use it for months before finding a real weapon is a real pain
Also from UBRS... The Knicker. Name was later changed, I think to the Blackrock razor. Something like that. It looked like a big razor blade and before the name change, it was used as a trade chat slur.
So, late 2005, I was doing UBRS with my Arms Warrior. I really wanted to finish my Valor set, I think I just needed the shoulders and one other piece. We get to Rend and down him, the shoulders and Blackhand Doomsaw drop. Everyone passed except for me (as was the common loot practice back then, pass and then /roll), I didn't pass and rolled need on both I won them and hearthed out of there. That was the only time I ninja'd loot, I think.
Have you considered doing a video including the level 51 "Win AV" quest weapons? I remember doing that on my Hunter and getting a very nice crossbow that was better than everything pre-raid since they were 60 weapons you could get early.
I think some good vanilla weapon additions to add to this series: Ironfoe, Dark Iron Pulverize, The Earthshaker, Hand of Edward the odd, Nightfall, Ravager, The Warden Staff, just to name a few.
i had teh cromatic carapace and teh chestplate was my very first epic ( my first one in fact) pal of me was a great rogue... he dualwielded the dagger. and later was forbidden to use both at the same time in raids
I was a Rogue in Vanilla. I never managed to get the off hand of the Dal'Rend blades as Warrior's always beat me on rolls, or the group would not allow me to roll on it as it had defense on it and they would claim that made it a Tank item, even though a Tank would be using a shield in that slot...
i have the swords as herlooms lol - love the touch with the diablo music ---witch i been to busy with wow to work on my daiblos - i got all 3 of them - first one i need find some add on for me to play it -but can play the other two.

Upgraded class armor sets from dungeons! Doing the upgraded Lightforged set and Wildheart set took up so much of my time in High School.

I remember to this day felstriker dropping for my rogue, my first epic and boy what a weapon it was, so much fun to play around in pvp

I used to love how when you would pug a UBRS after Rend every rogue and fury warrior would make an excuse and leave group.

Whirlwind Axe could be one you talk about, that weapon was a staple in warrior leveling

Can't wait for the Staff of Rampant Growth in Classic. I always main resto dudu for PvE in both vanilla and TBC, and this staff is BiS for AQ40.
