Measuring hole centres is easy with a digital vernier calliper. Measure hole size. then zero the calliper Then measure out to the outside of the holes. This gives you an accurate measurement. a six bolt pattern you can measure between two adjacent holes as six this dimension is the radius of your BCD.

You call it BCD hey? I've only ever seen it called PCD before, meaning 'perceived' circle diam.
