This is amazing! I had no idea that HTV was laser safe. I have an Epilog 40watt. Why do you have to sew the "Taylor" twill at 27:28? You say that the top layer is "pressure sensitive" - Is the bottom layer a different type of twill that will adhere by heat, whereas the top layer isn't? THANK YOU!
Hi! I make custom Chenille Patches. My form of cutting the felt after sewing has been an ioline cutter but they are closing shop in October. Can a laser "kiss" cut the top layer of felt and then cut the bottom layer? Others in my industry hand cut patches and that just isn't' something I have time to do.
Apparently this raster abliation can ONLY be done on a ULS laser. A ULS rep at the ISS show enjoyed telling me it cannot be done on any other laser other than theirs.
