    I know it's been 2 years but I just found this video and it's hands down the best I have watched for this procedure. You did an absolutely great job explaining and not cutting out parts and jumping all over the place. A++. Keep up the great work. Ride safe.

    The hydraulic clutch bleeding is why I’m so glad I upgraded to 2021 with the Cable Clutch! 🏍💨🏍💨

    If anyone doesn't like the small friction zone of the standard Harley slave cylinder for your clutch, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND replacing the slave cylinder with a AIM LF V3 Light Force slave cylinder! Your friction zone of the clutch will expand to where your clutch will start to grab about an inch off the hand grip. Also, the force to pull the clutch is about half of the stock slave cylinder. It's a awesome product. Just put one on my 2017 CVO Ultra. If you have an injury to where it is hard for you to pull and hold the clutch, this is for you! The other great thing about it is the amount of control you will have while your slow maneuvering your bike. Thanks for the video Paul, awesome info for anyone that does their own maintenance.

    The brakes had been squishy when towing our camper with my Duramax. After watching your video about the brakes on your truck I flushed the brake fluid on my truck. It stops like it should now with a solid pedal. I guess I need to flush the fluid in the road glide now. Thanks for another great video!

      I'm glad I could help and shed some awareness. It was definitely an eye opener for me and solid reminder of how important maintenance is. Not that I didn't know but it just got past me. I guess what I learned was to have a regular schedule of maintenance. Thanks for watching! Deuces ✌️

      @@PaulOnTheRun it’s one of those things i know needs to be done but never think about. That brake fluid on my truck was green/brown!!

      @@danielcanady1898 Oh yeah, that is a nasty color. The fluid in my bikes clutch reservoir was a milky brown color. I now have a reminder on my cell phone scheduled every 2 years.

    Paul, Great video. I've heard with ABS brakes you need to have the bike hooked up to the computer at HD to properly flush lines, Sounds like that is not needed...Which would save some coin.

    • @PaulOnTheRun
      @PaulOnTheRun  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well…yes however I should have a video coming shortly but it encompasses cycling the fluid thru the abs module. You can get away with it for a bit but it’s still recommended. But just doing this part in my video already greatly reduces brake failure. Stay tuned. Deuces ✌🏼

    Bro what kind of tinkering you got in store for your bike next? Any upgrades, adds, or changes? Any trips you’re researching for next year?

    • @PaulOnTheRun
      @PaulOnTheRun  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m tossing around the idea of doing the fat front tire kit from native baggers. Gotta save some dollar bills though. Trips I haven’t thought of yet but I’d like to go East some place. Maybe Tennessee, Pennsylvania or upstate New York.

    You didn't say what year bike you got you didn't say it has ABS brakes or not so you got to take that into consideration people
