      The mention of the catalan was only a description of what he did at the time.
      I think she was asking whether the package included one effectively crazy (from the perspective of her race) oversized and maybe dangerous (hurt "mama nature" deliberately *OR* accidentally and be punched into the middle of next week) zealot keeper/protector that is at times hard to understand.
      But from the sounds of the question that was more out of admiration than out of concern or disgust as she, from her bio that was given in the story, missed that life very much and was impressed at the low-tech terraforming.

    My little noodle of a carnivorous plant only catches the flies that hatch out of the potting soil in the plant room. I think they love the free food lol, so i provide it with water and leave it alone. Beats those sticky pads any day

      @Game_Blox9999 yep yep, those ones that are the strands with the sticky drops on the outside work super well, require distilled water to stay alive for long... but they eat flies and mosquitoes directly, so that's neat

      I think it refers to the tomato. It's a member of the family Solanaceae, which includes Deadly Nightshade (along with potatoes, aubergines/eggplants, and peppers)

    It had nothing about humans planting the most dangerous plant in the universal. I like most your stories but if your going to have misleading titles I will un-subscribe. Despite that, this story was good, even doe it had nothing to do with title. Could have been better if they talked more about earth and them winning or something and integrating.

    He IS the reason I came back. Hopefully I don't regret doing so.

      If you're talking about the girl, she's been a staple for the past few months and in my opinion is a much better character actor than this one. Don't get me wrong, he has a great voice, but his female characters sound comical. Plus she narrates saga of Mrs. Rimiki and Frairen, the best continuing story on this channel.

      Oh you won't regret it one bit. Starbound is broadening the number of storylines going on, so there's a storyline for pretty much everyone into HFY stories. They've even started dabbling in a bit of ambient noise to really get you into the stories, which is always appreciated and readily welcomed.

Plus, this guy sounds, I dunno, kinda stiff and overly dramatic in his delivery. Like a theater actor trying way to hard. It's funny how I tolerate him but really like the girl, and you dislike the girl but like him. Like I said, we all have our preferences.

      Aliens wouldn't use metric. A meter is a portion of the distance between the equator and the
      north pole. A meter is not universal. It is a damn good measurement system. But not universal. Meters are better because they can be easily converted. Also, the same system is used for distances and volume. 1 dm³ = 1 L.
