My little noodle of a carnivorous plant only catches the flies that hatch out of the potting soil in the plant room. I think they love the free food lol, so i provide it with water and leave it alone. Beats those sticky pads any day
@Game_Blox9999 yep yep, those ones that are the strands with the sticky drops on the outside work super well, require distilled water to stay alive for long... but they eat flies and mosquitoes directly, so that's neat
Where is the SCP foundation? Joe-Bob is clearly not regular. It's a separate species from Humans, that somehow blended in with humans and survived into the space age, never getting smarter, but always happier than humans.

Good story. Great narration. >>>>Question: What was the most dangerous plant in the universe in this story? I was surprised the story had ended and I still had not found out what that dangerous plant was. The title is what had intrigued me to listen... 🤔
I think it refers to the tomato. It's a member of the family Solanaceae, which includes Deadly Nightshade (along with potatoes, aubergines/eggplants, and peppers)
@@LeonardoDaFinchy --LOL....I'll buy that for a dollar. However, I was totally expecting an Audrey plant similar to the one from Little Shop of Horrors. Bit of a let down. 😅🙃

weird to hear a interstellar civilization care about energy costs its quite an achievement to casually do interstellar terraforming competitions while not even a type 1 civilization
It had nothing about humans planting the most dangerous plant in the universal. I like most your stories but if your going to have misleading titles I will un-subscribe. Despite that, this story was good, even doe it had nothing to do with title. Could have been better if they talked more about earth and them winning or something and integrating.
Just resubbed after unsubbing because the channel owners getting rid of awesome narrators & trying to force feed us one based on looks, who lacks the character of this man here. He IS the reason I came back. Hopefully I don't regret doing so.
If you're talking about the girl, she's been a staple for the past few months and in my opinion is a much better character actor than this one. Don't get me wrong, he has a great voice, but his female characters sound comical. Plus she narrates saga of Mrs. Rimiki and Frairen, the best continuing story on this channel.
Oh you won't regret it one bit. Starbound is broadening the number of storylines going on, so there's a storyline for pretty much everyone into HFY stories. They've even started dabbling in a bit of ambient noise to really get you into the stories, which is always appreciated and readily welcomed.
@@lemmypop1300 agree to disagree. I'm no fan of hers at all. I tried giving her a chance, especially because she reminds me of daughter visually but I can't.
@@SHOGUNTHEIMPERIAL Alright, we all have our preferences. I like her a lot, she has a nice, velvety voice and like I said has a better character voice range. It's funny how I tolerate him but really like the girl, and you dislike the girl but like him. Like I said, we all have our preferences.
Aliens wouldn't use metric. A meter is a portion of the distance between the equator and the north pole. A meter is not universal. It is a damn good measurement system. But not universal. Meters are better because they can be easily converted. Also, the same system is used for distances and volume. 1 dm³ = 1 L.
Hes narrating, but I do think his girl voices are a bit comical, he does better on more serious stories and action . But he's good , I like him anyways
Beautiful story. Mom was a homesteader. Goats. Chickens. Food forest. Subsistence garden. Wood stove. 11 cats. Made me homesick. Bravo.
Good story, great reading. The spider voices had me rolling.
love how she asked if she gets a joe-bob with the package
I think she was talking about the Catalan that joe-bob punched.
joe bob is not a human, hes a damm entity

I absolutely love this narrator. The others are amazing as well, but something about his voice is just relaxing to me.
Quality story as always. Thanks.
🤣🤣🤣 this was hilarious!!! Joe-bob's a hoot!
I'm surprised at the lack of a Halloween story. A holiday celebrating fear seems like just the oddity that's right up this channel's alley.

@prelude2tube thanks for the knowledge!
You ever get into the woods with a good'ol boy? They know their woods and any hostile presence.

Part 2??
Maybe "terraforming" is not the right word when aliens turn other worlds to look like theirs, is it?
I like to think it's the nearest translation. We're not hearing the story in the native Grundari or whatever.
