Useful video Phil, I am just starting my training career. How would you go about advertising remote programming. I've started a TH-cam channel to cover what I do, but it is a difficult platform.
Phil I have 2 question. First, can I combine med ball exercises with bands? For example a banded chest pass. Is that going to increase power? And second, I am have 3 full body lifting sessions a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Can I do some med ball exercises, some plyometrics and some cardio on rest days or is that too much?
You should do a superset with a Floor Press and after that a banded med ball chest pass. And depends on your schedule. If you have skills training on your rest days you shouldn't do it otherwise you can go for it. I would do Plyometrics in your warmup.
