  • Waking up peeing in the middle of the night is COMMON but not NORMAL. It’s either a sign we need to change our behavior or an issue is forming in the body creating dis-EASE. It’s not only irritating to have to wake up out of your sleep, but also has a direct impact on your health. So in this video I’ll breakdown some of the causes and some natural solutions so you can sleep like a baby throughout the entire night.

    I get up and pee around 4-5 times a night. My pee is very light to clear. I eat mainly raw plant based and some cooked vegan Whole Foods such as mushrooms and quinoa etc. The reason I pee is because I drink and eat a lot of water through the day. So it’s not always due to an unhealthy lifestyle. Sometimes it’s simply due to a lot of water consumption.

      You’re not resting. That’s not good for your body. We need to rest-heal. 4-5 times a night is excessive.

      @wbey2692 ปีที่แล้ว +97

      @@intentionalparenting2605 I agree that it excessive but thats because I drink a lot of water and I often drink it late. Sometimes the remedy is to stop drinking water past a certain time. It’s not always due to an unhealthy diet/lifestyle. That’s the point I was making.

    I am so happy you are bringing this information to the community. However, there are skeptics. I highly recommend people to challenge yourselves/bodies in a healthy manner using this information as a tool going forward. Therefore, you’ll know what works for you. I’m challenging myself. I haven’t had coffee or wine for a month now and I noticed I’m not suffering with heartburn. I have also cut white flour, sugar, chips etc all the stuff I love. I’m a work in progress. I’m not a doctor but I have been plant based for over 12 years. If you’re consuming table salt or high sodium foods and consume a lot of water, it’s going to run straight through you. I ditched the table salt and replaced it with Pink Himalayan Salt which has a ton of minerals that helps pull water inside the cells for optimum hydration. Instead of drinking a lot of water at a time, spread it out. I even add a little Pink H to my water before I drink it. No more waking up to pee at night and the leg and foot cramps are gone. Lastly, bananas are the devil! Stay away from high-glycemic foods. I love this format. We are all here to get better. God bless!!

    Great info. I’d also like to add that frequent trips to the restroom at night is also a major symptom of sleep apnea. Approximately 80% of sleep apnea cases are undiagnosed and the many symptoms of sleep apnea tend to hide in plain sight. Many of the patients that I see complain of frequent trips to the restroom and are often put on over active bladder medications before getting referred for a sleep test. If the patient is diabetic or has prostate issues, this symptom is often attributed to those existing conditions. If you’ve done everything the doctor has said and still find yourself having to use the restroom 2 or more times during the night, I’d suggest getting tested for sleep apnea. Symptoms include frequent nocturia, dry mouth, morning headaches often accompanied by neck pain, brain fog, high morning blood sugar (even after fasting all night), excessive daytime sleepiness and more. Associated diagnoses include: diabetes (or pre diabetes), acid reflux, migraines, AFib, anxiety, depression, hypertension that’s often resistant to medication. If this sounds like you, get checked ❤

      Thank u for saying this. I wanted to find plant based meals and i've noticed there is a lot of salt in them or they never include the sodium in the cookbooks. I guess they think cause everything else like carbs and sugars are low or non existent that the sodium does not matter, but it does. And def will later on.

    I’ve been working on it, but the fact that I now know that it is the root cause of me tinkling throughout the night and it a sleep interruption. I have RELISTENED and RELEARNED!. So TANKS again Dr. Bobby and Bless 🆙!

    One of my doctors recently told me my kidnies are failing and to take more Doxazosin.
    I wake up just as tired as when I went to bed. Late, in the evening, I switch to popsicles to cut my thirst. I really seem to get thirsty at night.
    Only one coffee in the morning and mostly water all day. But I don't go a lot all day, just at night.

I woke up so many times to pee so I went to my VA hospital and I learned my sugar level was in the danger zone. While driving I lost my eye site and I was so scared. The ambulance came after the police came and helped me. I am diabetic now. Since January after I got out of the hospital I am so much better now. If I hadn’t been to the hospital I could’ve died in my sleep. I work out better and eat a lot cleaner now. My blood sugar level is between 97-120 each day and they don’t want it to get up to 200 or pass that. I take my meal insulins before meals and my 24 hour insulin.
