I’m a technician at Subaru and I’ve worked on some batteries that are dead and keep dying. Could be the fuse, as SBF stands for slow blow fuse. Or it could be the car has a parasitic draw (constant draw) that drains the battery. To do a parasitic draw test, use a multi meter measuring ohms and unplug positive terminal and hook the multi meter up in series (red to positive unplugged cable and black to the positive terminal). Then wait 5-10 minutes and wait for the ohms reading to drop. On Subarus anything under 0.05 is still ok, 0.03 is better.
definitely a fuse shorting out, maybe the fuse wiring? not sure but I know when my focus st was acting weird like that, it turned out to be a faulty alternator.
In regards to the AC code, you could be low on refrigerant or the blend door actuator isn't working properly. As for the fuse, although it could be a number of things, I would look into the alternator and a new 120A SBF fuse.
I have a 2020 wrx that had the DCM go bad. Its an electrical controller on the engine. Drained the battery 24/7. Fixed that and the car has been on the same battery since then
For the sti you start off by replacing that 120 amp fuse. That is the problem that sends signal to start the car. And maybe get another battery with more cold cranking amps for all the electronics
I know for a fact you already replaved that fuse that was sparking, if you keep having the drain after a week unplug what what ever aftermarket accessory you may have, i also have a drain on my VW R32 and its either my air lift, my system or my underglow, i ended up just ordering a ctech battery tender to keep it charged while i drive my daily during the week.
Im not saying you installed it wrong, but maybe starlight headliner , the new display unit or possibly even the air suspension or something has power in use at all times?
I think when your alternator is weakening, it starts to drain your battery in the process. Advanced Auto Parts does a in-vehicle test to test the Alternator, Battery, and Starter. See what they say
for the A/C system im almost 100% sure it’s a servo motor for the passenger side. no way to tell you which one exactly unless you take it to subaru and they’ll diagnose it there. and for the electrical problems i would try to test the fuse before going to test the alternator. but there has to be a really bad parasitic draw or just a bad alternator not charging the battery.
for the STI, you ever thought of changing the center console back to it's original center console? Maybe a defective center console causing your battery to die.
I had the same symptoms on my bmw my brand new battery kept dying overnight, all these lights came up on my dash and I had some rough idling, I replaced the voltage regulator and I haven’t had any problems ever since

Check Altornator. Have it tested. Prolly not charging the batt, can promote electrical issues. May be the reason your dash going crazy due to sending low current to provide accurate information. Hope this helps. Keep up the vids bro. Looking forward to them builds.
All those added wire leads off the battery would be my first source to check! Something my be pulling a constant power? Then I would check the alternator.

Either it's a bad fuse or the unit where the fuse goes in is bad, and that's probably what causes the battery to die. There is a main fuse that's constantly running so it just sucks up the energy maybe. Interesting.
For the ac having one side colder usually means you are low on Freon, which is wierd that it’s already leaking with the car being newer, but I would stop by a reputable shop and get the ac diagnosed

hi chris, i have the same exact problem w my wrx of the battery. the first time it died, it was bc my battery was bad so i got a brand new one from autozone. after driving for a week w the new battery, and didn’t drive for 2 days w the new battery in the car, my car died again. you could try unplugging things in your car, bc i started unplugging my accessport after turning off my car. hope everything goes well!
I was wondering about the crackle tune on your 1st gen. When I supercharged my 1st gen with a crackle tune from delicious tuning, it sounded more like your 2nd gen crackle. If you let it go long enough it’ll combine the pops (slower and louder) till they all sync and you get one big bang.
I had this issue before with my 2015 sti, and at least in my vehicle it was i had bad ground wires, and i had some halo lights and they were sucking all the power from the battery. and i had to replace few fuses on the engine bay and inside by the driver. check those 2. and the reason why that fuse was being static is because it is bad, inside has a ball bearing and it must be broken. so try to replace that and you should be fine

Yoo bro that fuse you were touching is the main fuse the power of the whole car without the fuse nothing works in that car. I know this because I had that same issue in both my 2019 WX and my 2020 Sti if I were you, I would go pick one up at AutoZone oh or O’Reillys asap
I know you said it’s probably not a bad fuse but I swear that’s exactly what happened to me when I had a bad fuse, and I thought i had gone over them but it turned out I had a completely fried fuse 😂. Hopefully you get it sorted through!

its possible that its the alternator or you have something that's drawing power while the car is off.
the ac might have an ac leak somewhere in the lines or it could be the compressor already going bad
