There is a biofeedback game for PC called
“ journey to the wild divine”I don’t know if they make it anymore but my kids loved it. It had hand sensors and they could only unlock the next level by becoming deeply relaxed and moving things on the screen through becoming deeply relaxed..

This is a thing of beauty. It's the combination of chime sound and the visuals and no music (thank you for the no music!). You have a wonderful, calming presence (not in that "artificially serene" way you find with a lot of guided breathwork and meditation practitioners). I mention that here, because I think your beautiful animations are a representation of that. It's really quite something. I'm 50 yrs old, with a long-term anxiety disorder. Your breathwork has really turned things around for me, in a way that nothing else I've tried ever has. Thank you!

Are we to focus on each inhale and exhale to keep our concentration on that correct ? Also How many times a day is this recommended . I appreciate any info .

I’m curious, is there a goal to be taking a full breath in the amount of time, and to be excealing everything in this amount of time? I feel like I’m trying to keep up with the timing and having a hard time getting a full breath though I’m working hard to get it all in.
