    Miami Beach used them on their 1991 Caprice sedans -:)

      I honestly thought they went right from the federal factory to sit on pallets for 30 years. Its rare to hear of agencies actually using these bars, Aside from someone else mentioning there use in PA I dont think ive heard of these used in any large numbers

    I somehow ran across a Chinese knock off of these once. Kinda wish I kept it cause it was super silly. Ended up replacing both strobe supplies, ironically, with Federal signal supplies.

      @@The718Motorpool I also made Mini Whelen Advantedge from a bunch of parts, ended up trading a 9M bar for a busted up tow Advantedge, and then ordered a Galls variant of the Advantedge that popped up on eBay, removed the strobe supplies and retrofitted the reflectors and base of the Tow Advantedge and installed 2 rotary lights and 1 LeFrance rotary light in it. I mounted it on my Sambar (jdm kei truck) and it just looks so good.
