Just regular enemas? Or do you use coffee or anything else? I’m still recovering from breast implant illness and mold toxicity, but after 3 years of having 4 operations and moving from the mold, I still have chronic pain every day during the middle of the day, plus flares of the various autoimmune diseases that have mostly subsided after the implants removal. I don’t know what I can do. Thanks.
@@Tinyteacher1111 Sorry to hear about the breast implant illness and mold toxicity. First of all I would consult with your doctor before doing enemas. I do both water enemas and coffee enemas. Coffee is acidic and can irritate the colon. I use the water enemas for colon cleansing to remove the toxins in the colon. I use the coffee enemas for liver detoxing. For pain relief I will use retention coffee enemas. I use 250 ml of water and the recommended amount of coffee and i retain it until fully absorbed. I also have multiple chemical sensitivity symptoms that I am always detoxing. I know what it is all about. My channel is based on my personal experiences with enemas and multiple chemical sensitivity symptoms.
This was such an informative interview. Thanks to both of you for the fantastic presentation.
