My girlfriend was experiencing severe, tear-inducing hand pain. I showed her the video and she experienced relief in minutes using the spoon and lotion exercise. She hasn't tried the rice or rubber band techniques yet but she now has some useful tools for reducing her hand pain.

2 1/2 years of low back pain I have been doing all your low back pain exercises. When I seen the
exercises when you step on the 4 inch I decided to step on and off my mini trampoline and bingo
my back is 90 % better. I do 30 reps with each leg 3 times a day.
I have hand pain from playing golf so these help and will continue these exercises. Thank you.

Arthritis is related to acidity, so avoid sugars. High fructose corn syrup is a plague of increased inflammation in our bodies. AVOID cottonseed oil in ALL foods. It is also extremely inflammatory. Cleaning up our diets goes a LONG WAY towards healing.

Thank you so much! I have arthritis all over but lately, and because Central NY weather has been really bad, the arthritis in my hands has been so bad that I can’t even hold my electric toothbrush. I’m physically disabled with several spinal and nerve issues and damage but try to move as much as possible to prevent things ‘freezing’ up. Today I was in tears and after I got over myself came to see if you had anything to help. God Bless you for this video. For now I only did the spoon massage and it *does* indeed feel a bit better. The joints are still hurting but honestly, not as badly as before. Again, thank you and God Bless you and all yours. 🙏🏽

What if my work is the reason for my pain? I grasp mail and release it hundreds of times per day when putting nail in the slots. It's almost like the elastic exercise but the opposite. I would have far to much pain to do most of these exercises. What is the science behind these exercises. What makes your hands feel better? I don't want to try this and go through the pain without results. Which obe should I try first? The spoon one would be the easiest on me. Do you think that wouod work now that you know the cause of my hand pain?

Best advice is to consult your local doctor if exercises aren't helping.
