30 yards is a bit short for an ammo test. The reason I say this is that the rounds don't go transonic that quickly. 50 yards is my standard, but hey, it's your video, your call.
You & that 10/22 are putting them in tight groups. After seeing the waxed BBM group I may have to use my Burt's Beeswax lip balm for something besides chapped skin. Might have to experiment to see if it works. 🐝 Glad that Banner is working for you.
Yes it was definitely putting some pretty tight groups bill. And after this video was done I realized the scope base was even loose and it was still shooting tight groups. Makes me wonder how much better it will shoot after tightening down the scope base
Good shooting Rob, aqulia super extra and cci standard or ar give me the same results, armscore or norma tac 22 turn my 10/22 or my marlin 60 into single shot rifles
Looks like you found out the same thing as I have. My 10/22 "International", BX Trigger, w/ back trigger travel stop screw, white nylon bolt stop rod, bolt stop plate "adjusted", Bushnell 3x9x40 on top. Best ammos....CCI MM 40gnRN, Agular 40gnRN, CCI 40gn SV RN. I zero at 25 yds, thumb nail sized groups, 3/4 in groups at 50 yards, .90-1.0 at a hundred, from the bench. Golfballs at 50yds is just fun.
Good ammo test with the Ruger 10/22 Stay Safe Stay 2A Strong 🇺🇸
Thanks Jeff I appreciate it
You wouldn’t think ammo make that much difference but it does another good one my friend always enjoy have a great evening
Thanks Al I appreciate you watching
thank you kind sir, just got a 22 for chirmas from my grandma and we need some ammo so this helped us out alot
Now that is what I'm going to try this summer. Let them (ammo) warm up a little in the sun before loading my BX10. Like adding grease to a pan.
The battle born is what surprised me. Fantastic comparison Rob
Yes it has performed very well out of most guns. The shame of it is I have never seen that brand anywhere around here. It's pretty good shooting stuff
I'm glad to see those bbm's decided to stick together for once...they shot great in my 22/45 lite but that was the only 22 I had....great shooting Rob
Richard they have actually shot well from most of my guns
Great shooting and that rifle plain shoots. Thanks for sharing.
Yes it is definitely a good shooting rifle. Thanks for watching I appreciate it

Well I would much prefer to do 50 yards but my home range does not allow for 50 yard.
@@HamiltonOutdoors I understand. I like you video by the way. I don't want to be a whiner.
Another GREAT video Rob ! 🤠 its hard to beat a 1022 they just work 💥💥💥
Thanks Bill I agree the 10/22 is hard to beat.

Pleasure to watch you shoot.

Armscor usually does pretty good in mine. I don't like the Norma ammo
Weird, mine is the opposite. Aguila shoots very accurate but it will not cycle it well at all. I hate this shit is not consistent
Good shooting
Good shooting my friend!
Thanks Steven I appreciate you watching
Nice shooting

Thunderbolt is a great round
They do tend to shoot well
CCI mini mag give me the best groups
CCI is good ammunition
👍🏻❗️❗️❗️
Thanks Richard
WAY too much wind noise !!!
Shoot at 100m please
I would love to but my home range is only 40 yd. And they shut down our rifle range that we used to have so there's no place to shoot.
