The reason is abnormal price demands... whcih is extremely highy..... 15 lac ki garhi li 1 lac kilometer chlae or phir 25 26lac demand chal rhi ha.... kia chal rha ha.... agar dollar term me b dekhen to 2015-16 me city was around 15K USDs 6-years chla li 90k to 100k kms or us k baad b aap 13-15K USDs demand kr rhy hn... isn't it crazy

Exactly. Specially TH-camrs ne in garion ki prices ko aag laga di hai. Foreign countries mein bi new cars bohat mehangi hein. Lekin used cars half prices se bi kam mein bikti hein. Yaha ulta system hai.
Very good topic. I am almost of same opinion. At these prices new cars are out of reach of common buyer. Used car market is hit by inflation / high txation effectee people. So… grim situation at the moment
Very good content honestly, I think main reason is price of used cars nowadays. People are asking 22-23 Lac for Civic Reborns and extremely high prices for their cars even though condition is very average. I think it's better that this thing is happening, used cars will get cheap which is a good thing ultimately. FYI, Zohaib bhai's demand is decent for a Revo given it had 9.1/10 rating, don't know why it isn't selling.
Thanks Omar, while I am just as perplexed - I reckon one of the reasons is the fact that similar models are being traded for around 65 right now (seemingly the ones that have been abused but cheaper nonetheless) - I guess I'll just have to wait it out till someone who genuinely wants a good car comes knocking :)
He has to pay that extra he gained for another car he will buy so calculation is same u earn to sell big u buy to use it

Volume bechaein aur khareedein. Mein tu kahoonga ke aap kisee modify karnay walay achay kareegar ko talash karein jisay aap khasta halat mein mehran hawalay karein aur usay project dein woh aap ko project complete kar ke de, garage bhi usee ka ho usee ki saari tension ho labor aap se woh charge karay aur aap ki video par shaukeen log aap se higher price par aram se lengay, log abb paisay nahi bachatay log apna time aur effort bachatay hein.

Due to high price Demand made by sellers the buyers are unable to pay such high prices for the cars.
Prices should go up by 500% and all that money should be used for expanding public transport system. Only super-rich should have cars.
Everyone is quoting that, Sale/Purchase of PLOTS, VEHICLES, HOUSES, GOLD & FLATS Slumped due to Political Situation, Economic Conditions & Imposition of TAXES in Pakistan.
But no one quoted that the "Over VALUED PRICES, OVER ESTIMATED SALE/PURCHASE, OVER VALUED BOOKING & Over DEMAND PRICES" are the main Determinants of the Collapsed Market.
Thousand of Billion RS has Stuck up due to STAGNATION.
