- Hey guys, I've been using photoshop for my resizing process now but in this video, I'll show you how to use photopea since it's the free version of photoshop, and it does the same thing as photoshop.
I decided to no longer use figma and started learning photoshop since I'll be able to edit better with the tools equipped, giving me more control of the art. If you still have any questions, please feel free to leave them in the comments below! Enjoy~

So glad it worked for you! Delighted to help! *UPDATE - I recently printed the art after resizing it and it looks GREAT, so the method does work, and you'll know beforehand if it doesn't because it will look pixelated and blurry in Photopea BEFORE you're done. Good luck fellow creators :)
Thanks for the info! You’re awesome!
I would like to see more detailed videos on digital ai art for selling online like this one. The information you provided was helpful.
Thank you!!! I was struggling with this, and your files resolved it for me. An incredible gift.
You can use midjourney to create the same image with differernt ar. Use the custom zoom and set ar to the needed and set the zoom parameter to 1
Thank you, thank you! Just what I've been looking for.
Thank you great tutorial

Very helpful. Thank you.
Thank you 😊❤
HI and thanks! Newbie question: I prepared my print in Kittl and had before that the midjourney pic already upscaled 4x. Then I downloaded the ready thing from Kittle in 24x26 in, 300 dpi, but as I imported to Photopea and tried to download it again in the 24x36 300 pdi, Photopea did not seem to like it. It stopped working. Am I making the file to big with all the upscaling? I am soooo confused. Hope you can help. 🙂
can I upscale the mage to 4k after that edit the size will it be good at printing I tried it and it looks good but I don't know if this way will make a problem when printing out the wall art
Dear Zen, this video was very helpful! But if I need 9-16 or other aspect ratio template for Photopea, where can I find it? Thanks in advance for your reply!
Love your videos! thank you for all the information. May I ask what AI app you use? I use Starryai and Dream Wombly, but it doesn't follow the prompts for backgrounds..Thank you!!
Glad that you find it helpful! I use midjourney AI for the art. It's a subscription based service and the cheapest is $10/month. you can check it out here www.midjourney.com
@ZenEscapingTheMatrix thank u!!!!
This was so helpful.. Thank you! Question however. Is there a download for the same parameters but horizontal? Or how do I change them to work horizontally?
Would love an answer for this too!
I used distort after selecting Ctrl T and put the images into the frame worked ok, didnt have to worry about loosing any realistate
What were the pixel dimension of the original files?
Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for the video, sir!. I would have a question: When I upsclale from 20MB photo I get a 110MB photo. Is this ok? Or should I upsclale if I save it with 300 DPI from Photopea?
Yes that's ok. Some of my images can go up to 150mb in size. That's expected because of how big in resolution the file is.
Would jpgs not be okay? Feel like 500mb worth of images each time is going to take up a lot of storage or cost more money for google drive
Hi friend, have you used Bing Ai Image Designer?
I want to sell Pop Art on Etsy but I really struggle with adjusting my 2:3 arts into the different sizes (Something is always missing at the edges). Do you think it`s suifficient enough to only offer them in 2:3 since it is the most common one?
I personally feel that there’s no harm in trying. Maybe you can offer the option for other sizes based on custom requests?
Flawless content. Thanks you.
if i upload pdf i still need to adjust the sizes for each picture ?
yes I believe so.
Thank you my friend, where can i find Prompts for AI in order to get better Art ?
you can try promptbase.com it's a marketplace for prompts
I forgot to mention that you need to upscale your images at least 4X before you resize
is upscaling 8x on Upscayl too much? Or would you recommend 4x?
@@Brendanm723 i tried upscaling to 8x before and it lagged my PC like crazy 😂
I’m not exactly sure if 8x is too much but I assume you can’t go wrong for more upscale?
@@ZenEscapingTheMatrix Thanks! I was able to do it and it looks fine, but I'm pretty new to this so I appreciate the feedback. Also, this has been the part of the process I have been getting hung up on, and you were able to explain better than anyone else I've come across. Keep up the good work!
Thank you! I appreciate your feedback 😊
@@ZenEscapingTheMatrix What's the best way to upscale? I've seen Topaz Gigapixel thrown around a lot.
Great resources. I have to agree that pixelation is a concern. Definitely need to be upscaled a LOT to sell a 20x30 file.
Yeah, usually a 4x upscale is sufficient
bro sorry 1 year late to your video. i subbed in return ok. can i ask if your image created is originally is what dimension in pixels and the dpi? because i was thinking if you use this method is considered stretching the image, so far image visually still ok?
Any way to automate this process? 1 or 2 files are no problem but 20 or 30 can be a pain 😅
Sorry not that I know of. I’ve seen some videos on how to automate photoshop processes maybe you can try look those up?
so how do you get the pixelation correct
I use gigapixel AI to upscale the image which makes is much clearer
Your title says how to prepare the digital wall art for Etsy. But I haven't seen the final digital products on Etsy website. How do you sell these? How do you make the Listings?
Ah my bad, I’ll change my title clarity. But if you wanna know, Once I have the files prepared, I will upload them to google drive folder. I will share the link to that folder in a PDF file which customer will have access to upon purchasing my item.
@@ZenEscapingTheMatrix Ok. Thank you very much my friend. Your video was really helpful. You have a new subscriber to your channel. 🙂 Do you have other video demonstrating the whole process of how to create a listing and selling it on Etsy?
The best way will be using xn-convert
why use jpg? thought png better for printing? just for smaller size? is jpg not too bad for printing if set to 100?
Mostly for the size. I cant say much because honestly I don’t know, but I’ve done my files all in JPG and I received reviews from customers saying that the print turned out great. Just make sure you upscale your image as I think that will affect the print quality more
What is the best format ? PNG, PSD or what ?
I’m not an expert to tell you which is best but from my experience, JPG works just fine. Also PSD is not an image file, it’s the format photoshop files.
Jpeg for wall arts, PNG for Cliparts and stickers 👍
the files are to big going in to etsy ?
Some of the things you go through to fast .
Photopea crashes every 5 minutes. It's useless really. Gimp is better
Dude, are you seriously selling that? It was pixelated as f*ck. I have a hard time believing you didn't have any complaints.
The images in this video are for demonstration purposes, ofc I’m not going to sell art that’s low quality or pixelated 😅
don't be mad he gets sales and you don't lol
