Favourite part of these matchday vlogs is seeing the people behind kev who act like they've never seen a camera before 😂
What's a camera?
They were baffled by Kev’s Kansas City Chiefs hat. 😁
They look like NPCs.
I hope you enjoyed your visit Kev. The fans were sectioned off to the centre due to lowering the stewarding costs with low numbers of away fans. Sadly i think that the sacking was coming with a few poor performances in the last few weeks!
Kev, they put the Stevenage lot like that, because Burton have to shoot that way. If they’re too far away from the goal, Burton would probably hit them
That’s class tbf we’re shut so wouldn’t be surprised
Your lower league matchday vlogs make me wish I lived in the UK. Looks like a lot of fun, even if it was cold. :)
Glad you mentioned the PA system, can hear it from my house 😅😂
When Steve Evans was managing EFL Boston Utd, he referred to non-league Burton as a pub team before a cup game. Burton won and I think there has been a level of hatred for him since then
Usually Burton’s pitch looks like Shrek’s house, I’ve never seen it so well maintained.
Kev 'kiss of death' Chapman strikes again.
I went to watch Burton v Dover about 30 years ago. Had no idea they have a new(ish) ground, it looks decent. Looks like you had a good afternoon out regardless of the result. 🙂
Yeah they moved in during the conference years, then had that dream draw with Man Utd in the FA Cup which pretty much paid for everything
Got to say I share your opinion of Steve Evans. What a lovely man he is. All his teams play such nice football and he’s so modest and articulate in his views.
burton's stadium was built in 2005
Any chance you can you go to Stoke on Tuesday night? Asking for a fanbase... #NeilOut
Nevermind. As you were!
So, have you applied for the job?
I don't like Steve Evans too ever since he was boston manager n cheated in the league so my team dag&red who finished second didn't go up from the conference
C'mon the Daggers!!! I'm a west ham fan myself but I've always had a soft spot for dag & red. Shame about the shootout last night
If there is one thing lower league fans in England could ever agree on, it is a mutual loathing of the odious slime that is Steve Evans
I actually watched the last 30 minutes live on that game on an internet-stream. Looked for you in fact. Damn the wind was really strong so understand it was freezing. Some long balls almost turned around in the air. Stockton really looked as a big lad. Powell had a nice freekick in the end but failed to get the goal. Looked like a nice new stadium, but not the pitch.
Reacted on the Stevenage fans too, as they looked fenced in. Are they known to be a problem perhaps..
I remember being at a Northampton game at Sixfields where the wind was so strong that the goal kicks from one end would up back with the goalkeeper... It took more attempts than anyone is willing to admit for them to start trying to just play out from the back.
I’m a Burton Albion fan, and we hate Steve Evans as much as you too! He was managing Boston at the time and he called us a ‘pub team’. And I was so happy we got rid of the old manager Dino he was awful!
The little’uns at half time were wearing Winshill FC kits. A junior league team, that I played for as a lad 😂
All football league fans uniting behind hating Steve Evans is the only joy he brings to the game!
That's Belgian Coffee 😂🖤💛❤️☕️
Did you hand in your CV
Burton’s highest ever finish is 19th in the championship i believe. Hopefully you can stay at burton long enough to better that
Kev, it looked like you brought your family to the game! I swear most of the people in the stand around you look like ya bud!
Undercover Kev in the corner 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
From the American perspective i think supporting a club like this is akin to having a minor league baseball setup in your town. You get all of the experience but with the nice local touch to it. Looks like a great time I could get into it.
@@richardgoldins4790 Minor league is just the name for the leagues below the top league in baseball even Kev said non-league in his video pretty much the same thing.
If you want this sort of environment, given your tigers pic, check out DCFC. Great local club vibes in hamtramck and very affordable tickets for pro sports in the states
Except minor league baseball stadiums are nicer, get larger attendance, and don’t play in the freezing winter.
Me and my son support big clubs that we watch on TV. But we also both support our local non-league club and go to matches whenever we can, it’s really nice.
@@richardgoldins4790 anything below League 2 (4th league) is called non-league. Our team is top of the National League South
As someone who used to run the away end at Burton... they put all the fans centrally to make it easier for the stewards that are working that end. It's also for the CCTV stewards that are in the control room which is just next to the away end. the cameras are usually centered on the middle as thats where most 'trouble' happens.
Mate I film almost every game it fine 😂
Bisakah kamu buatkan audio nya khusus bahasa Indonesia
lovely to see my hometown in a video, the Pirelli is very popular for parties/school proms which is probably why it's so well maintained all around. My mum even had her 40th birthday there lol - shame about the quality of football but always fun to go to the Pirelli
The people of Burton have never seen a camera.
Any Aliens?
Love you kev
Was a bit taken aback by Burton's statement. Literally saying they had parted company with their manager. Not even a thank you!
You're bloody cursed, please don't ever come to a Hull game. It's like you bring your playoffs luck when you go to games.
Ive done an away day to burton in pre season as a villa fan. I do love it as a little stadium its really nice to go too.
It's a lovely ground is Burton's. I remember going there to watch Stoke play them in a friendly and it's one of the better grounds at that level I'd say. Got a lot of time for Burton Albion and their fans it's a great club and a place with many great pubs. Up the brewers!
EVE Online player behind you Kev 😂
I'm guessing the mascot is supposed to be a *very* drunk individual, given Burton's reputation as a brewing town. Heck, Burton's breweries are the reason the pilons underneath London St. Pancras station are spaced as they are, precisely so that you can roll a barrel of Burton beer in-between them!
You should have joined us behind the goal mate! Good vlog check ours out when you get chance!
love this part, hope you visit more and show more clubs
I went to every club I managed last year, including some international trips!
Nice seeing you out and about. It's always a pleasure to check out a new stadium.
Hi Lollujo, thanks for all the great videos you have made over the years. Which version of football manager has been the best/most realistic to football in terms of the match engine and how the players behave when watching games?
Nice to see you repping the Kingdom! Cheers from KC!
You’ve been to 2 nltl teams and they both lost the games you watched are you a jinx to clubs 😂
Been watching Bolton at Burton. Not a bad ground.
Kansas City Chiefs hat. Kevin you're a good man!
To answer the fans getting bunched together out of nowhere then I remember I was away with Hamilton and one of the stewarts looking after us received a call from the senior stewart and had to leave so our stand access was reduced so it was easier for the remaining staff
Maybe something similar happened
If Burton contacted you it would be absolute gold!!
The mighty reds drew posh in the efl trophy.. up the red men
Very nice video. Keep it up Kev
I went there in pre-season to watch Leeds beat Forest.
I love NLTL irl videos :)
Proper snazzy!
No more Dino's at the wheel for me 😔
I love these. :)
🎉🎉
Love this Kev 👍
Love your videos! Keep it up!
Nice one 👍 can you show how you sign the premier league kids on non league
2:03 is about the average amount of fans Burton have at a home game lmao
Love this you are a great TH-camr only new to your channel but your videos are great keep the effort up
