What a twist. I will agree that the sacking felt really harsch. BUT, you can just go and pay Leonardos release clause right at this moment and enjoy yourself.
Yes Please!!! Raid Schalke they don’t deserve what you have built!! That LB Friis and Leonardos. Maybe you can even pinch Saib from whatever team stole him from you.
Happy to see this sacking. Not that I thought it would happen with the finances et al, but I didn't want to see Kev somehow lead the Smurfs to glory. (I don't really care about FM "glory", but it's an entertaining club from which to get sacked.)

Most brutal sacking I ever saw in one of my saves was Man City sacking Pep for finishing 2nd in the Premier League just 1 point behind Man United. It was an unbelievable, truly cold move.
Similar for me, but I the first season when expectations are lower Pep lost his job after a treble, FA Cup, Carabou and Europa League. Admitadly he came 5th but he still qualified for Europe and has a European trophy.
Great episode. The sackings are fun. Your Hamburg sacking and eventual hiring at Sevilla three years ago is still my favorite NTL save because of the sacking.
I wanted you to take the Düsseldorf Job because I'm from Düsseldorf. Also the Club has a massive Stadium and is relatively rich, but has been Missmanageed for years now, but Norwich is a massive challenge. I'm excited

Harshest sacking for me was at Spurs, took over the job mid season saved them from relegation. First full season got them to runners up all with no money to spend. Following season was injury hit, still with little to spend, lined up so good frees fro the following season. Finished the season 5th, into the Champions League final against AC Milan who we thumbed in the group stage and to show you how many years ago this was, Alan Sugar saked me on the eve of the Champions League final! You have to learn from this.... A rethink on tactics is needed ! It's FM22 - Go back in time - try a 4-3-1-2 Narrow or 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow (when away at better teams) - You can still be attacking !!
